    lack of trolleys. My mum needed a trolley for support to aid her around the store. Staff not helpful, had to source a trolley ourselves, even though there were trolleys around the shop with little stock in.

    Had lunch there food was good.. scones did need more fruit in them a bit dry. Would have been nice to have table numbers asked where we were sitting had to point and tell lady the man with red coat. Most places have table numbers would be helpful.

    Always super friendly and helpful staff. Dunelm is one of my favourite stores for home accessories and kitchen bits and bobs and easy lay out in store for the different departments! Quick click and collect also online. 🙂

    Ordered a king-size bed and a mattress online. They lost the bed! They then lied and said it was on its way, giving me a time slot to expect it! I waited in all day for something they knew wasn't arriving. Avoid! Argos do stuff cheaper and with quick reliable delivery.

    Never been in it myself. I stood outside with the puppy. My other half and daughter loved it though. If it makes them happy it'll do for me. They didn't spend too much either, so all good.

    Good choice of products. Everything from furniture, curtains,bedding, and household ornaments. There is plenty of free car parking.
