My new favourite shop! I never write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. I'm not from Lowestoft but had some time today before a bus and came across this place. I went in just to look for buttons, and was immediately greeted by the lovely owner who helped me pick out what I needed after I explained my project, and gave me some tips for a problem I'd been having. Then I realised they had fabrics and mentioned another project etc. In total I ended up explaining probably 5 different project ideas to the owner, and she knew exactly what I meant each time, and helped me pick out fabrics, yarns, buttons, clasps and all sorts. (It also helped that they have an amazing range of items!) Even a comment as vague as "sort of autumn, acorns, and leaves vibe" and she brought me EXACTLY the yarn I needed. Best customer service I've probably ever experienced and such a nice person just to chat to, totally made my day. Even though I live quite far, I will definitely be coming back. It's worth the bus fare!

I absolutely love this shop! The owner is the nicest person you could ever meet. She is both extremely knowledgeable and very professional with lots of inspiring creative displays. I actually live a distance away but always make sure I call in and always find what I'm looking for. Really good pricing as well. I enjoy my chats with her and she has lots of good local knowledge. If you need anything haberdashery related and obviously wool, look no further, this shop has it all.

This place is a real Aladdin's Cave. I was served by 2 lovely people. Awesome materials and fabrics, great selection of sewing stuff. Reasonable prices. Will be going back.

Owned & run by two really lovely people, always so many great products to look at & buy. Great value too. There's rarely ever such thing as a "cheap visit" when I go here! 😆 Definitely one of my favourite shops.
