What a wonderful massage. Best I've ever had. Clara was really welcoming and friendly. After sitting down to a relaxed an informal chat asking me about my issues and requirements, she blended me a wonderful smelling oil, and I lay down to the most relaxing massage o have ever had. Thank you Clara. I'll be back. And I will be recommending you to others.

This was my first acupuncture appointment so I didn’t really know what to expect. Sarah put me at ease straight away and explained what would happen and how I may feel. She continued to explain all the way through the treatment which really helped. We talked a lot about my history and Sarah really sought to understand my current pain problems to try and give me the best treatment. Definitely recommend and I’m going back for a follow up session next week!

Claire really put me at ease as I was very nervous having acupuncture done. She was very friendly and professional. I can’t comment on whether it’s helped me yet as I still need a few more sessions. Time will tell. Fingers crossed 🤞 I’ve now had 4 sessions and after the third I do believe I feel a lot more calmer, certain pains have eased too. My session today was by far the best. I had needles in from literally head to toe. Including ears (those were quite painful and still feel odd). I felt as if I was on cloud nine. My whole experience has been great and Claire is amazing! I had my first appointment for acupuncture today with Charlie Whitestone and have to say it was a very enjoyable experience. Charlie was very kind, caring, attentive........ and patient (I had trouble with the parking app which caused a slight delay in my appointment time!!). The acupuncture itself was amazing - I did not feel any one of the needles being placed and the additional heat treatment was wonderful - so relaxing all round. I appreciate it's early days, but I am expecting great results, I came away feeling very positive and uplifted. Thank you Charlie, I look forward to seeing you again next week!

Amazing experience today at Tree of Life with Gaynor. She seemed to read me do well and I came out feeling 100 x better than when I went in. I’ll be back very soon. I needed an emergency back appt and saw Dorothy who was excellent and very lovely to talk to. Back is already improved and should get better over the next couple of days.

I had an absolutely wonderful session with Claire for acupuncture. Her care understanding and listening Made me feel there is light at the end of the tunnel. I have something to look forward to every week, feeling so positive. Many many thanks it’s really appreciated.

As always, the atmosphere in reception of TOL was calm and relaxing and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The treatment room was spotless and cool despite 28 degree heat outside. Most importantly my massage treatment with Clara was a wonderful combination of relaxation and muscle work taking away the shoulder aches and the general stress. A little “Me Time’ in the most relaxing environment.

Great acupuncture session with Charlie. I felt listened to, safe, and in capable hands. I also left the session with my foot feeling noticeably better after the first session. Highly recommend.
