Seen a advert on facebook market place advertising fabric in the sale for £2.50 a meter so caught the bus up to get some to be told in the shop that it was £5 a meter not £2.50. I queried why the ad was on face book saying £2.50 and was told extreamly rudely that it was wrong and that I could clearly see for myself that the material was marked up at £5 a meter in the shop. The're was one older male of staff in the shop that was also very rude to the lady in front of me(had I'd been her I would of said "don't bother") I can't believe they are still trading with an attitude like that!

We commissioned from Frank at Top to Bottom 5 lined Roman blinds for the same room in matching fabric. The website was rather out of date, so direct online ordering was not possible, but email and a phone call sorted the details out. Went into buy some curtains, and found some of my liking but was worried they weren’t the right shade of red. So then I asked whether they could cut off a small piece to match the colour of my wall and they said no. Believe this is really silly and a waste of time. Not sure why they aren’t able to do this as only a tiny piece was needed to just colour match, not to re-sell? Very unprofessional and the customer service was terrible. Would not go here ever again.

I made a purchase of ready-made curtains and then had to return them for a different size. The two gentlemen were very helpful and gave me good advice. I will be returning for more sets.
