I’m very much satisfied with this service as I’m new to this country and couldn’t find a gp on nhs for 2 months. I had severe symptoms of uti and just needed prescription for antibiotics to stop the infection before it getting worse. I had booked a phone consultation and after only 20 minutes the doctor contacted me and assessed me and prescribed an antibiotic which could take very long normally. It was all worth the 50 pound i paid and its a great service for people in urgent need in foreign country. Thank you Gogodoc for making it easy for us and thanks to the doctor who helped me. I’m so sorry I couldn’t catch the doctors name. All the best.

I've used 3 different online telephone/video GP services in the past and these were comfortably the best. The Doctor called me at the time arranged and went through a very thorough consultation. He understood my situation and has prescribed some medication that can be collected from any pharmacy with a QR code. Very impressive from start to finish and I can recommend them without hesitation

Fantastic appointment with Dr Cassandra. After looking at a four week wait minimum for an appointment for my daughter with our NHS GP I was able to book a same day video call at a time that suited us. Will be using this service again in the future!

Great experience! Made a same day appointment on Gogo doc and got in right away. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Dr.Lavan was great, extremely professional he takes time to listen and time to explain. A first rate professional experience. Completely satisfied with Dr. Lavan and all the support staff. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice!

I regret to say that my experience with this service raises concerns. I urgently booked an appointment due to severe pain, anticipating a call between 9-12 pm. However, after a delay notification, no GP call came by 3 pm. Despite requesting a refund, only £45 of the £50 paid was refunded. This prompts questions about the legitimacy of the service or its ability to handle demand. Charging a cancellation fee when they fail to provide timely service seems unfair. Additionally, their non-functional phone number on Google caused unnecessary panic, although they did respond to email refund requests. Considering these issues, I'm exploring alternative GP services and suggest you do the same.

I appreciate the Gogodoc business model; it's a clever concept. You book an appointment (unfortunately not available on weekends), are given a 9-12 am time slot, and... no one contacts you. I'm curious to see if they will refund the £50. The unenthusiastic call center staff leaves me doubtful. /s I've also tried a second approach with an online "The.GPService.co.uk , which is more professional. They offer a fixed time slot just 30 minutes ahead and are linked with NHS data.

As a GP myself I was really disappointed at the level of service that has been provided by this company. I booked a telephone appointment as a new patient at 14:53 for between 3pm to 6pm. I then was just browsing their website when I saw that the medication that I required was unable to be prescribed. I quickly phoned reception at 14:56, explained my situation and cancelled the request for an appointment. I then received an email stating that I would be charged a 20% admin fee for the 3 minutes from the time of my booking to the time of my cancellation. Despite emailing back an explanation I was met with a blunt response stating that I could only be refunded minus a 20% admin fee. Edit: Upgraded to 2 out of 5 after I received a full refund only after I had emailed their complaints department
