For years, I was very concerned about my heavily deteriorated and discoloured composite-bonding veneers. I had severe inflammation and bleeding around my composite bonding. I visited Dr Nico Kamosi, a professional and ethical cosmetic dentist in Knightsbridge. He patiently examined my whole bite and smile design. Dr. Nico is a life saver! My front tooth fell on the first day of my vacation in London. We called and said it was an emergency. He saw me within the hour. After having not the best experiences with dentists, I did my research throughly. Dr Nico's holistic approach to dentistry, and his incredible knowledge put me at ease immediately. I've travelled from the Scottish Borders to central London on a few occasions. He's that good! I had almagam removed with SMART techniques. No injection required😅 The consultation was definitely the best I've ever had. Different members of my family now attend his clinic. I believe that speaks for itself. And he's such a friendly man!

Before coming to London Specialist Dentists, I did a lot of research to find a holistic dentist in London which was not easy. I felt at ease from the moment I met Dr Kamosi and his team. My original reason for making an appointment was to have my mercury fillings removed and I couldn't be happier with the result. Due to his technical skill and his many qualifications, I also opted to get my teeth straightened with Invisalign. Everything was explained thoroughly in advance. In order to speed up the process, Dr Kamosi suggested a revolutionary treatment approach called Accelerated Orthodontics. He is one of only two dentists in the UK to offer this treatment. It speeds up tooth movement by about 2 times. The surgeries went very well and the small wounds healed quickly. I'm 3 months into my Invisalign journey which should be complete after 1 year despite the complexity of my case. This wouldn't have been possible with traditional braces or without Accelerated Orthodontics. For most people going to the dentist is filled with anxiety but I'm delighted to have found Dr. Kamosi. You are in safe hands with him and his technical skill is outstanding. The whole team is very friendly, caring, knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart. We had an emergency where my mom’s tooth fell off and they got it sorted immediately - amazing service, welcoming staff and all around a great experience. Nico was a pleasure to work with and cannot give him enough praise not only good at his job but also very warm, funny and friendly. Will only go to this Dentist when in London moving forward.

Dr. Nico Kamosi was my dentist in Rotterdam. There he advised me to take invisalign. He was one of the first dentist to use this treatment. It was a huge change for the position of my teeth and worked out superb. I was in London for a holiday and made an appointment. He had a look at my teeth. My teeth and gum are still in perfect condition. And he reconstructed one of my molars. Did this perfectly! Dr. Nico is great in explaining, very patient and takes good care asking if I was doing fine. Definitely a great specialist, if I would live here, I would surely become his patient once more!

With so many 5-Star ratings already, Dr Kamosi probably doesn’t need another one, but I’ll add mine anyway. My experience is based on Dr Kamosi’s excellent work, including three dental implants, over the past few years. Based on results, Dr Kamosi is clearly a leader in his field. In my case he dealt successfully with implants which needed significant bone augmentation and, in one case, a bone graft. He took great care to ensure that there was no undue discomfort throughout the procedures. He provides flawless, attentive patient care by explaining clearly all the available treatment options at the outset and then by following up frequently after the procedure. Like Dr Kamosi himself, his entire team are all highly professional and friendly. For anyone who needs a top-flight, highly qualified dentist I thoroughly recommend Dr Kamosi.
