A bit of a mixed bag really. Most of the staff were lovely, the receptionists and the 2 nurses who helped us were great, but one very rude lady pushed open the door to what had appeared to be a private room, holding her coconut latte, and demanded our nurse leave immediately because her patient was more important. Thankfully our nurse said she was right in the middle of something (which she was) we were in the middle of taking a blood sample, she tried her best to provide a good service and insisted we were important, and she didn’t make us feel too rushed before finishing up and moving on. I’m not sure the rude lady realises that for some people £550 is a significant amount of money. Despite turning up early to our appointment on time, paying the requested fee, there still wasn’t any appreciation for our choosing to come to this clinic from this one person. The sonographer and the lady who did the blood sample were really nice and clearly explained everything that was going on, what the process was and when we would be contacted. Hopefully the lady with the coconut latte was just having a bad day and it was a one off. It really put a downer on what would have otherwise been an acceptable visit.

My experience with the wellness centre was EXTREMELY WARM and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!!! The scan went smoothly, the nurse was amazing and the receptionist is absolutely professional. The doctor took time to explain to me in depth of my procedure. Thank you for being so attentive and patient. 🥰🥰 It's Althea!

The Women's Wellness Centre team provides excellent service and are incredibly professional and kind. Whilst attending my antenatal OB appointments (which are frequent!) I have only had very positive experiences with the staff. I have received all of my test results quickly and anything I need has been posted to my patient portal immediately. Thank you for such a positive experience!

What a wonderful clinic! From the lovely reception staff, to the gynaecologist they were so friendly and professional, and made me at ease from the get go! I saw Zara (zahra?) who was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience comfortable for me, I would highly suggest a visit to this clinic, the results were were very quick and sent via email in detail. The entire experience is pleasant, everyone makes you feel very welcomed, the clinic itself is modern and very clean! ( also it has a wonderful playroom for small children if you’re travelling with your little ones)

This clinic has a striking lack of concern for both your well-being and health. I have never encountered such blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism in my interactions with a private health clinic or any business, for that matter. I strongly advise you, as you read this, to spare yourself the inconvenience of engaging with discourteous office staff who, regrettably, show a clear disregard for you and your health. A challenging time with my health was made even more dreadful by my dealings with this clinic. Seriously – avoid at all costs!

Had a scan today with Rhiannon and she was absolutely lovely. Very kind, amazing bedside manner and just a nice lady to be around!

As other reviews clearly state, the service in this clinic is very poor. I actually will qualify it as unacceptable for a private clinic, considering I have tried many private practices in London and I know the standards when you pay similar fees. I went for a consultation, and only got a prescription one month later of the appointment because I chased multiple times. They also went ahead and performed a bunch of exams on my samples without my authorization, and tried to charge my insurance for it. I normally don't take the time to submit any reviews, however, the experience was so unpleasant that I actually feel I need to share it with other women. Please avoid, if you really don't want to be disappointed with the service.

Despite receiving positive news we had a very disappointing first (7 week) scan. What should have been a magical moment was lessened by a sonographer with very poor bedside manner. As soon as we went in it felt rushed like she wanted us out within 10 minutes. Condescending when answering our questions and no hint of a “congratulations”. This is our third pregnancy and we have been here numerous times in the past (with a different sonographer) and our experience previously was great, however this last experience was very disappointing and is certainly not something one would expect from a private appointment.

My go to centre for any support needed while pregnant. From early scans, to harmony test to wellbeing scans, 3D/4D I have had a great, trusted and knowledgeable service. The sonographer specialists very thorough in every scan i have done in the centre. Just today, we had a great experience with Marcia who ran a wellbeing check for 35 weeks. Very good customer service experience every time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Once there was a mistake in the invoice and the team immediately contacted me to let me know about the error. I highly recommend it.

Terrible experience. i have purchased a groupon for their 3D/4D Baby Scan Package in September, and never being able to book a services by different excuses from their reception staff. In early December, I try to book again so that I can use it before week 32, and got told that they don't accept anymore groupon voucher appointment anymore. However, the voucher got automatically redeemed on the system and they said that they cannot do anything, asking me to contact groupon myself for refund. Very very bad services and wasting my time for months! Today I can still see their package is still available on Groupon! Please all mother-to-be be careful of this place and don't fall into trap. This is definitely unnecessary stress for a pregnant lady.
