We
heard
about
the
Inchmurrin
Inn
restaurant
whilst
on
a
Loch
Lomond
boat
tour
so
thought
we
would
have
an
early
dinner
there
alas
that
went
array
when
the
A82
was
closed
due
to
an
accident
and
we
missed
the
15:45
ferry!
We
waited
for
the
18:30
and
we
are
so
glad
we
did,
the
journey
across
Loch
Lomond
to
the
island
was
beautiful
in
the
early
evening
sun
and
the
skipper
was
a
lovely
character.
The
restaurant
doesn’t
look
all
that
much
from
the
outside
but
as
with
most
great
things
look
can
be
deceiving!
The
staff
couldn’t
be
any
friendlier
and
the
service
was
first
rate!
The
food
was
wonderful,
tasty
and
very
fresh,
we
had
the
chicken
pakora
&
haggis
Bon
Bon’s
as
a
starter,
followed
by
haddock
and
chips
for
my
wife
and
the
haggis
beef
burger
for
myself,
the
food
came
piping
hot
and
was
delicious.
This
was
washed
down
with
a
gin
and
Guinness
and
followed
by
sticky
toffee
pudding
with
island
made
ice
cream
and
a
Oreo
crumble
sundae.
We
have
eaten
at
some
varied
places
on
our
travels
from
the
top
of
the
Eiffel
Tower
to
an
underwater
restaurant
in
San
Francisco
but
the
Inchmurrin
Inn
is
now
up
there
as
a
place
to
eat.
