Such a great service from Glenearn. Caroline was so knowledgable in helping us pick a carpet for a high traffic area in our home whilst keeping in mind the colour that we wanted. She was so easy to talk to and we felt we could comfortably ask questions. Caroline has helped us pick flooring in several rooms in our home and has become our go to person for the job! Brain Hood fitted our carpet and he was professional as always and has such a fine attention to detail. We are absolutely delighted with our new carpet and the service we experienced with Glenearn, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Getting our flooring from Glenearn is the best decision we made. From our initial meeting with Chris, to the final laying of our floor by Paul and Ray, we have been highly impressed. I can safely say that Glenearn have provided us with one of the best, if not the best, customer service experiences we’ve ever received. Chris was a great pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for him, and despite our new build being delayed Chris did everything to keep us as up to date as possible.
