Tamara has been grooming Milo for a few years now and when Paws n Relax relocated from Lichfield I tried a couple of local groomers and none of them cared and groomed Milo the same so I now travel from Sutton Coldfield every 8 weeks - a 4 hour round trip but it is absolutely worth it. Tamara genuinely loves and cares for all your fur babies as if they are her own and cannot recommend her enough. If you are in 2 minds go along and meet her you won’t regret it. I would not take Milo anywhere else.

Paws n Relax is run by the wonderful Tamara and she is a godsend to me. We have 3 basset hounds who get grubby but I now struggle to bend to wash them. Tamara offers a complete grooming service and each of our hounds have returned home like new dogs; spotless coat, clean ears, nails trimmed etc. The dogs love the fuss and being there with Tamara. I cannot recommend Paws n Relax with Tamara highly enough; she will remain part of our hound family for a long time now.

Tamara is so lovely, friendly, and very welcoming. This was Milo's second groom at paws n relax. He came out a different boy. He looked and smelt amazing. Highly recommended!

I've never felt so relaxed taking my two Greyhounds to see Tamara. I know they love seeing her, she's so incredibly calming and talented at what she does. My boy is quite nervous of anything new but he walked through Tamara's door at Paws n Relax like he knew it was going to be good for him. The thought of taking my precious pair for a dental at the vets is not an option for me, I'd always take a more holistic approach knowing that they're both in the best hands . So a little bit of Reiki and a sonic teeth clean means that my hounds have healthy, sparkling clean teeth. The before and after pics always astound me, she does such a thorough job, worth every penny ! Can't thank you enough, so grateful for finding you Tamara 🥰

Tamara is amazing with Bobby our Persian cat. The knowledge she has on how to treat and manage his coat is amazing! He doesn’t like the trip there but he is certainly a happy boy on his way home. This is our second trip with Bobby and we will be back again in 12 weeks. So lucky to have found Paws n Relax on our doorstep. Would recommend to anyone looking for a groom for their pet. Tamara is amazing. We are new to the area, 1st time at Paws n Relax. Tamara was very welcoming, she listened to everything she needed to know regards my fur babies, 1st was Loki, he loved it, giving away kisses like there's no tomorrow and he looked even more stunning, so soft, smelled amazing and trimmed as requested. 100% good boy. 2nd in Zeus, a rescue we have had for 4 years, again Tamara listed to everything and he was a whole new dog, I am always surprised how different he looks after a proper groom. He was such a good boy for everything relaxing to classical music and taking it in his stride. Tamara was very aware he was reactive so any movements she made she was very slow and gental with him throughout. Zeus is on Tamara's hit list for his nails tho, has no one has been able to cut them as he is so reactive but hopefully given time and trust before the end of the year Tamara can get in there. (His nails don't over grow) He did let her massage his paws tho so bonus. Thank you so much Tamara see you in a few months.

Tamara was so amazingly friendly and honest, so we knew exactly what pamper treatment she was going to give Ted, a Norfolk Terrier cross. When we collected Ted 2 hours later, he looked amazing and was so relaxed. Ted obviously had a great time with Tamara and we couldn't believe how quiet, peaceful and relaxed he was that evening. Thank you so much for giving us all such a great experience.
