I was not registered with Thrums, and my dog, who is never sick was not herself. I rang first thing and got an appointment for the same day. Unfortunately, the prognosis for my furbaby was not good. They tested her for lymphoma, which came back positive. I was, and am, heartbroken. I broke down and they were so understanding and lovely towards me and my dog. I ended up going back the next day too, and they were just as lovely and only charged me for the steroids. I would highly recommend them, lovely bedside manner. I just wish it hadn't been such sad news.

I was recommended Thrums by my boys, they are the best vets I've ever been too. Finn loves his treats when he goes. I recommend the treatment plan as it saves in the long run. Finn was at Thrums yesterday, they took excellent care of him and gave us fab advice. Finn loves going to vets as they are so compassionate and caring, and they also make it fun.

My dog had been bitten by an Adder snake. This proved to be difficult to establish. But by logical processes Thrums established this and treated him in their practice over the weekend. Daily updates from vet nurses was very reassuring. He was treated very well

I cannot recommend Thrums highly enough. All of the staff are so friendly and patient. Our Frenchie started off being very aggressive but thanks to the support and perseverance of the brilliant vets and vet nurses, it feels like we’re finally turning a corner. He runs into the practice now and can’t wait to get into the consulting room. He still has his moments, and potentially always will, but he’s now quite happy with being examined and we’ve even managed to get his booster. I cannot thank everyone enough for their support. Particular thanks to Catherine, Ashleigh, Alex and Moray for always making us feel welcome and that nothing is ever a problem.

First-class care from the whole team. Always a friendly welcome, and all of the staff genuinely know and care about all three of my dogs. Even dogs that are visiting have had the most patient and understanding treatment when needed. Best vets practice we have ever been with.

Took Billie-Joe for her teeth sorting as she was having a lot of pain and discomfort. She's 13 now and an old lady cat. As usual the staff at Thrums were really great and accommodated me having to change her follow-up appt twice! Second time I had come down with covid. Billie-Joe is doing great now, eating well again and back to her cuddly little self.

I have taken my dog to Thrums since he was a puppy. Would not dream of going elsewhere . Experience of other ets in city and none can hold a candle to Thrums for reception Alex and Murray. Vet Catherine or any vet or vet nurse. All exceptional , personable informative, and very caring

Quite simply incredible. We had a scary issue with our puppy and every member of the team, front of house, vets and post care vet nurse were so supportive, knowledgeable and caring. Was at a previous vet in Perth for over 20 years and had better service and care in 20 weeks at Thrums.
