I love this place! Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. The menu is nice- the poached egg, avocado on sourdough did not disappoint. A small niggle- coffee cups were small and, yes, music a little too loud for conversation if sitting near the speakers but, on the whole, a very nice vibe, good decor- I LOVE the artwork near the back!- and it is just what the town needed. I'm from the local area originally but live outside Bekfast. This cafe/restaurant can compete with the best!! Oh, and great pizza at night too! Keep her lit KIS!❤

The coffee here is the best! Very consistent and always hits the spot! ☕ We've had pizza here several times as well and it's always top class, both sit in with the kids and take away. The orchard county is highly recommended! 🍕 Staff are very friendly and professional! Always a nice greeting and chat to make you feel welcome!

Hard to pass. All on menu always freshly made and delish. Staff are friendly and helpful. Place is comfortable and spotlessly clean even when the queue is out the door. Able to accommodate gluten free. 👍

On the whole KIS is great 😊 Service always really friendly and super efficient. Best coffee shop in town but could be even better with couple of small measures.(!) Music way too loud to have good conversation. Needs more big plants (even artificial) to soften and make the space more inviting/comfortable. Little potted plant on tables/or fresh flower in vase? Increase your footfall- How about selling local artists work to support creative community. Rent a Shelf (Artist/craft makers rent a shelf and you sell their work on sale/return basis), . . . Parents/baby coffee morning offer or an afternoon coffee ‘ ‘knit and Natter’ offer . . . Get the crowds in - advertise these offers - you have an amazing space, it would be great to see KIS act as a community hub which caters for everyone!

Kis is 5 star. Great hot chocolates and pizza is always fantastic. The orchid county is delicious. Staff are very friendly. So nice to have a comfy and inviting place to sit in and eat in cross. I live in London now, but haven't found anywhere that does food especially the pizzas just as nice as here and I always look forward to getting in whenever I come home x

Place was absolutely buzzing. Starters all lovely especially fries. Great evening meal, great service, great atmosphere. Proper restaurant quality pizza... Top quality Neapolitan pizza served in a such friendly, positive vibe.
