Charlotte was amazing during my two years with AberLetting. From the beginning she was fast and efficient at ordering any missing furniture, always quick to reply to emails, and sent assistance whenever required. During inspections any repairs such as the silicone behind the sink, missing screws in the chairs, or repainting walls were all attended to promptly, and I always felt in safe and capable hands as a tenant. Thank you for everything!

My son rented with Aberletting for his final year of university and had the best experience. His studio flat at Gerddi Gwalia was quiet, secure, well furnished and very well maintained - I'd have lived there myself given the chance! Aberletting goes above and beyond with the students that rent with them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them :)

Aberletting is a friendly, helpful and accommodating landlord; the best in Aberystwyth! My friend and I rented a 2-bedroom apartment from Aberletting for two years (2020 - 2022). In the earlier months of 2020, we came down to Aberystwyth to look for a place to live whilst we studied at the university. All of the landlords I visited that day were nowhere near as friendly as Aberletting, specifically Charlotte. The apartment we stayed in was clean and faultless. They have beautiful modern furnished apartments along North Parade which both of our parents' described as "perfect holiday homes". I think our biggest ever issue was the light in the lounge stopped working and on another occasion the light in the kitchen stopped working, but both of those were fixed early the next morning by Mike (the maintenance guy). We hope to be able to return to Aberletting for my final year at the university (as I am doing a year abroad soon) as our experience with them has been amazing. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Aberletting to any students studying at the university.

Me and girlfriend rented out a 1 bedroom flat for one year when studying our masters degree. Our experience was extremely positive. Charlotte is an incredible landlord who clearly cares about her tenants, she is very responsive and friendly. Mike the maintenance employee was always quick to fix things, usually only taking 24h for repairs to be made. Mike was always very friendly and happy to help. Would rate 6 stars if I could!!!!

My partner and I absolutely loved our time living within one of Aberletting’s properties on north parade which was absolutely immaculate, very modern and spacious. The team at Aberletting are incredible any queries are resolved within the hour if not straight away the team are extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Aberletting for anyone looking a lovely apartment within Aberystwyth.
