I visited London and Black Widow was on my priority list, I sure wasn't disappointed, very cool shop with many options of beautiful and unique clothes. I tried 3 stunning corsets and the lady helped me put them on, she was very helpful and pleasant. I took 2 corsets and 1 skirt home, I wanted to take much more, but the wallet didn't allow 🤣 all products very great quality, I recommend the shop and will definitely be back when I visit England again!

I was treated sooo well in this shop. And their selection of clothes is fantastic. Basically I know nothing about goth/steampunk-etc wear, I'm just a musician who landed a big show playing for 60,000 metalheads and I had to find an outfit for the occasion. The woman who worked at the shop was super nice, helpful and basically let me try on half the shop until I found *the* dress. They have so many beautiful garments that look and feel amazing so the whole experience was basically a confidence boost as well. I felt and looked great - production loved it so much it's now been adopted by the team to be part of my touring wardrobe for this show. Thank you so much!!! Absolutely the best service I've ever had when corset shopping. They didn't have the one I wanted in my size but they pick some other options out put me in them to make sure I was happy and I bought two in the end. As someone that has anxiety defo the best place to go as staff are friendly and helpful

I went to this store during the holidays, the employee who helped me was nice and the corcet I bought is of good quality. This corcet cost 94 euros in the store, when I later looked at the online shop to possibly buy another corcet, I discovered that my previously purchased corcet of 94 euros in the webshop was only 60 euros. 34 euros may not sound like a lot, but I'm 15 so this is still quite a bit for me. I was told that this store does not offer refunds, so I don't expect to get the 34 euros back, even though I would really like to.

Very helpful and patient staff, wide selection of cosplay items, very positive experience! Will definitely recommend to others.

I ordered the Alice Rose Coat on September 19, 2022 with my order number #1558. The coat looks absolutely stunning, however since I got it not only have all the seams been ripping open but also the zipper simply does not work. Every time I zip it up, it unzips from the middle so I can only keep the coat closed if I use the buttons. I am really disappointed about the fact that this is a new coat with a well known brand and yet it has just been falling apart from the beginning. For $250 CAD I was expecting a lot better quality.

You were alone in a busy shop, You floated perfectly between múltiple visitors speaking 3 different languages and you did it with such Grace! And all of us felt like we had your complete attention! Went there with my fiancee today and the person who was there was so nice! We got some advise and she did pretty well! Definitely would come again!

Shop was nice, everything was well laid out, staff were nice and helpful. However it’s incredibly overpriced, it cost £200 to get one outfit, which obviously I didn’t go through with as I’m only a teen with a part time job.
