To think a halal KFC was a stones throw away and even that got shut down. At least with KFC you received true value for money and in return you recouped incentives. Firstly, Tim Horton's is way too overpriced and overrated. Too much publicity and hype. Initially, I thought the menus were appealing and they may be onto something. Little did I know the attention they gave was undeserving of Tim Horton's. As part of my meal, the lettuce fries portions I was served were shockingly small. It was literally a handful's worth. Drink was in a bottle that I could've picked up at a supermarket for even less. Customer staff were not very customer-friendly. Staff seemed too rigid and not as hospitable. The breakfast menu is a knock-off from Mcdonald's. This brand is not coming up with anything new. I think McD's might have inspired them too much. It seems like every item is being rebranded with a 'Tim Horton's' logo. The hygiene standard in the toilet was unacceptable. The only positives are that it serves halal food and the seating is quite chill. This brand needs to SERIOUSLY revise its price and portion sizes. They are very tight on the portions, so expect to be severely disappointed. I call for a boycott. Let others know their money is best spent elsewhere. No value for money at this dump. You're paying to be ripped off, and the joke is at your expense. Literally. Only until we collectively boycott will it seal the fate of Tim Horton's. I would gently and humbly advise people to go to KFC in Hanger Lane. This is the closest restaurant that you will receive generosity, both in terms of portion sizes and value for money.

Came here to pick up a flat white and a maple and caramel donut before a screening of the new Mission Impossible film. Ordered via the screens. The service felt like a bit long, but we came at a busy time. Flat white was good and donut was absolutely delicious. Seating area looks really nice. If I'm in Park Royal, I'll visit again 😎

I ordered 2 double cheese burgers. I am not impressed by the quality of the beef. But the other 2 chicken burgers were better, but just average, I did not find anything special in this shop.

I work weekends nearby and always go to McDonald for breakfast and today I needed something different so I found this restaurant but I realised that its actually very similar then McDonald. The only difference is that Tim Hortons has a more extended menu with more choices The taste isn’t that bad, its a fast food restaurant you can’t expect anything more, the prices are correct for what you get. They aren’t anymore expensive than McDonald Will definitely come back and try something different.

Food is really good quality, but little improvement is needed as fried are too hard and doesn't seem to be given fresh. The environment is cosy and relaxing. Staff needs to be a little more friendly and smiling.

The worst experience, very unhygienic! - I order an iced French vanilla and there was HAIR inside it. We went to report this - a Sikh man served us he apologised and angrily gave us a refund. Not happy at all, very dissapointed! - please don’t come here.

Went for dinner with my son who lives nearby and we thought we'd try this place out. The burger tasted 'homemade' although, in this case, it damning with faint praise because it was okay. Annoyingly, even though we were dining in the fries weren't hot and who likes cold fries! Apart from being in a retail park the actual seating was fairly nice with quite of lot of people using it as an office. In summary it was no better or worse than the average burger joint.

Been visiting for just under a year. Didn’t go on opening day, to busy. Dark roast coffee is good hot aside from breakfast won’t compete with McDs thus average. Donuts are nice and of course TimBits are great. Service is hit and miss but they are ok. Prices are average but no real deals. Happy we have one but I believe the Canadian one is different.

Tasty, fresh food First time trying Tim Hortons and will definitely be returning! The chicken crispy burger was very fresh, tasted homemade. Lattice fries were a perfect mix of crispy and soft, and the sauces provided complemented it wonderfully.

Food is good and Atmosphere good service is good. What I didn't like was hygiene in toilets is so bad. The toilets are unisex and seats are falling, no one cleans them regularly. This can pass bacteria to people and in kitchen. I think toilets are important hygiene in any food place.
