Stop by there on the other day to have a quick bite. Gone with vegetarian options, can't say it is very tasty but it is okay, coffee is also as usual. Well decorated and friendly staff. Heard that breakfast deal was popular but it is on untill 11am.

I expected much better from this place. Do not be fooled by the 'Deals' on offer (as in the pic). Seemingly 'All Food Items' means 'most' as the festive menu items aren't covered. I would have known this, had I read the full Ts&Cs....Something that I always feels shows a real lack of respect for the customer. Ordering via the self service kiosk things proved extremely difficult, being unable to access the deal we wanted. Aborted this and went to the assistant, who was actually quite curt when were asking for explanation of why All Food Items was not All Food Items. Had to wait for a bit longer than expected for the order to be prepared. When ready it proved a bit of a disappointment. Coffee was on a par with McDonald's but food was nowhere near as good. Lukewarm, low quality ingredients and seemingly heavily processed. It seemed excessively greasy as well - preparing for heartburn later. A let down.

I must say, our experience at Tim Hortons was not quite what we anticipated in terms of customer service. For instance, when my wife patiently stood at the counter, it seemed as though the server, Jass, overlooked her presence. Additionally, there were a couple of missing food items like burgers, and it was a small oversight, but our hot chocolate lacked the indulgent touch of whipped cream that we had paid for. As first-time visitors with high hopes, we couldn't help but feel a tad let down. Nevertheless, we hope that our experience can contribute to the enhancement of future visits for others.

Coffee was great. Had a French latte and some timbits but very very sweet together. place was clean but had the atmosphere of a morgue and it wouldn't hurt the staff the smile but the main problem I had is NO CASH card only so wouldn't visit again

Mostly Visiting but this Saturday enjoyed the complimentary French vanilla coffee due to expecting extra waiting for the food which wasn't really take long to get ready and it was so satisfying. definitely Recommend but you may feel a bit annoyed due to low FAN functionality.

I love coming to this branch as the ambience is really nice and inviting. I love their coffee especially the French Vanilla Latte and Timbits. I’m glad they are now in the UK as I have been an avid fan since I tasted Tim Hortons in Vancouver when I visited my family. Will definitely recommend.

This was my first experience at Tim Hortons in the UK and I am a very happy customer. The food was tasty, the service was second to none and it was a the environment is clean. Satyam and the staff are very friendly and made my time at Tim Hortons pleasant.
