I can’t thank you enough for making my abortion happened. I came from France for a late abortion. I thank you the reception for letting me come and wait for a potential « no-show » appointment, because I had only 2 days left. All the staff were just so nice, so human. Things were clearly explained. And all the staff (nurse and doctor) were very lovely, and really took care of me. Thank you a lot. You just saved my life.

Firstly, my experience couldn’t have been made any easier when coming to the toughest decision of my life regarding having an abortion. The level of care at this clinic is exceptional and the kindness, compassion and understanding from each and every member of staff will never be forgotten. Huge shout out to Angela who was with me and my partner every step of the way, the wonderful surgeon and anaesthetist, and lovely nurses, midwives and receptionists who made me feel comfortable and helped to make my experience somewhat more positive. I came here 2 days ago for an abortion and travelled from Birmingham. As anyone else you have so much anxiety, emotion and feel distraught, from the moment I walked in I was made to feel at ease straight away. All throughout the waiting time, surgery & aftercare I was treated absolutely amazing, cannot fault anything, staff and so kind and compassionate. They talk you throughout everything and help with any questions, I was funded my train tickets and the hotel stay, amazing people cannot thank them enough.

Amazingly friendly nurses, surgeons, anaesthesiologists and receptionists who make your experience so much more positive. They all made me feel at ease and supported me through all the stages. Thank you so much to all the staff your kindness and compassion was so appreciated x

Leaving a review on behalf of my friend who recently had a procedure in this clinic. They truly deserve a 5 star rating Excellent service, excellent customer service from the receptionist to nurses, midwives, anaesthetic technician and surgeon. The only downside is the waiting time From arrival had to wait 4 hours doing nothing and never understood why.

At our 12 week scan it was identified that the baby was not healthy and we had to make the most difficult decision to terminate the pregnancy. You can never say that you had a nice experience terminating a pregnancy that you really wanted...but the clinic made the experince as smooth and easy as possible. The anesthesiologist was amazing. I was so so scared but she really put me at ease and reasured me throughout my awake time that she will be with me and everything will be ok.

Hi, I want to thank the staff on the 21st and 22nd including the doctors who took care of me, because thanks to them I can walk more easily in life, excellent doctor, very communicative nurses and helped me a lot to overcome my fear, that is, a correct treatment and a happy ending without problems. Thank you very much, you are the best.

had to come in on the 22nd may for a termination. i’d had one before up here but as i was much further on this time i had to go all the way from hull to richmond. some staff are quite abrupt but everyone else is LOVELY. most understood i’m trans and it made the whole thing much more relaxing for me as i’m scared of medical spaces.
