Great bouldering and roped climbs. Big variety of climbs something for every grade. Friendly staff. You can hire shoes or anything else you need. Great valu for money.

My 6 year old son recently did the Try Climbing course here during the October holidays 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed it. He had never tried climbing or bouldering before and was smiling the entire 90 minutes! The instructor was fantastic with him, teaching him at the right level and made it a fun experience. Would highly recommend

Nice place and friendly staff. The place is quite hidden and comfortable. Hot chocolate we ordered was so good.

Fantastic experience. Siobhan was a brilliant guide - loads of energy and encouragement for me and my 12 year old son. The 'try climbing' experience gave us plenty of time to give it all a go and then go back and redo our favourite bits! Would definitely recommend and we will be going again next time we're up in Fort William.

Good to get the kids legs moving again after a day climbing Ben Nevis. Nice little centre.

Had a fantastic day with my son at 3 Wise Monkeys. The staff are all very welcoming. The space is well laid out with everything you need from revitalising coffee to comfy sofas...as well as the more obvious gear, bouldering and climbing walls. We had signed up for "Learn the Ropes". Our instructor Cal was excellent. Really clear instructions with lots of repetition and checking and guidance. Felt very safe. There is a lot of variation on the climbs you can choose. The space feels like it is run by people who love the sport themselves. We are already booked back in for next weekend!

Went with my partner for a fun afternoon out and loved it!! I'm a complete beginner and it had plenty of routes for people like me and all the way up to advanced (like my partner) so we both had a fab time!! Lovely staff too and free water btw! :D

I had such a good climb under Ryan's instruction yesterday. I started out terrible and after 90 mins had some real improvements and plenty to take away to practice - that's a great lesson, right?? Everyone at the centre is really friendly, I always feel a bit of an imposter at a climbing gym but 3 Wise Monkeys is super-relaxed. I've already booked my next lesson. Thanks guys :)

Came here whilst visiting Fort William for a bouldering session. We loved this wee gym! Located in an old church, the bouldering room is quite little but really well set out with a great variety of routes. Highly recommend the climbing centre!

Great little place to get a bouldering fix! Welcoming staff, great atmosphere and a nice café to top up the reserves.

Great wee climbing wall with good staff and bakery selection. Shoes for rent, although pick your own so some time may be spent sourcing the correct feet! Chalk and bag not available for rent. Suitable for beginners and experienced climbers, as well as spectators thanks to the viewing gallery.

Coach Emma was patient but encouraging with our family, from ages 6 to 60, and a good time was had by all. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, good bouldering gym to not stoo exercising when you are on vacation. Cool spot in a church

Nice climbing centre! They were very kind and they even let us some chalk that we didn't have. Also, cool spot in a church! To improve: the holds were a bit dirty, could be clean more often maybe. But overall, great experience! :)

We booked a 1.5-hour climbing lesson for our two daughters (age 5 and 7) while staying in Fort William. The younger one had never climbed before while the older one had only climbed twice. Siobhan, their instructor, was fantastic - enthusiastic and encouraging, adapting the climbs for each child’s ability. It’s a great climbing centre with a lovely cafe (good coffee) and great value. The kids had a great morning there and so did we - we watched from the viewing gallery over a coffee. If you’re looking to switch things up a bit on holiday in the Highlands or if you’re local, I thoroughly recommend climbing here.

I came here mainly for bouldering and the climbing was good. There were lots of routes for all grades and I found the variation from my usual climbing wall interesting. I had a look at the training room and it contained three walls of app controlled routes and the usual campus boards. It also had a soft floor area (used for yoga I think) and a great view over Fort William. I also had a look in at the roped climbing and there were plenty of routes. No auto belay though. Prices are a little higher than I've seen elsewhere but not by much. I didn't try the cafe but it was popular.

Loved our try climbing session - never expected to get far off the floor but Hannah was brilliant and we all had a great time. Coffee was excellent too!

Muir was a complete legend! I brought my son here for his first climbing experience during our stay in Fort William. We were so well looked after and Muir really help my son build his confidence, even helping him get to the top of the wall. Great facilities, helpful and welcoming staff team.

Really friendly staff. Quick competence test, and a few pointers and good to go. We were rope climbing, small room but more than enough to get round, and quite technical which was nice. Will visit again and try out the bouldering room which looked great at a glance.

My girls aged 12 and 6 have had great experiences here, they have been on a few occasions. The youngest particularly likes the bouldering and the eldest the climbing walls, today their instructor was Cal who gave them really good encouragement to push themselves and achieve personal bests.
