Went to Glencoe mountain resort, there a lovely chair lift to go to over the mountain. Nice guy at the chairlift convinced my wife to get into the chairlift who is scared of heights. After going at the top of the mountain, it was lovely view after 15 minutes walk further up. Very scenic view, must place to visit and enjoy lovely weather, view. Very friendly staff, well maintained place and lot of parking space at the resort. Recommended to everyone

Staff are absolutely lovely and the skiing (lifts, runs etc) is great but the resort is not very well run or adequately staffed - the queue to rent equipment takes hours even if you arrive well in advance (we arrived at 8.25 so were quite near the front of the queue and it took us 1hr 40), with no option to book online to speed things up. Cafe on the mountain is far too busy and then was shut after massive queues so it wasn't possible to get food or drink up the mountain, while the wait for food at the bottom was an hour, which means you have to take a lot of time away to eat if you didn't bring food as it's 20 minutes each way on the access lift.

Our first time here and we absolutely loved it. The chair lift takes 15 mins to reach the top and is very safe. The plateau cafe staff is so nice and have good food. The walks around the top are great. The cafe just before you get on the chairlift is so good staff are lovely. I want to mention the lady who was selling tickets for the chairlift who was so nice and gave us all information we needed to know. Great views. Highly recommended

Staff on the chairlift were super friendly and in the cafe, the cakes were lovely £5 a pint which is reasonable. Staff in the cafe were lovely with the exception of an older male, who was very rude to to young male walkers and then to a young female staff member. I got the impression he was possibly the Supervisor but his management skills leave a lot to be desired!

Callum in the bike shop went well above and beyond what we might have expected to get our mountain bike repaired quickly and in full working order at very short notice. Great customer service and advice on cycle rides in the area. Many thanks.

Stayed overnight midweek and even though there was no snow, we couldn't fault the staff, accommodation or views. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food in the cafe was fresh and hot, and, considering the limited cooking facilities they operate the cafe under, good. It's been a while since we last stayed, but will be back soon. Wow!! What an amazing 2days we had at Glencoe Ski Resort. Our very 1st ski trip and certainly not the last. Oh, what an experience from the car park attendants, Ticket office and chair lift staff to the guys on the tows(outstanding customer service) these people clearly love helping and making people smile. The enthusiasm, the smiles from children to adults enjoying their hobby created such a fantastic atmosphere and created wonderful memories for me and my family, only till next time :-) Rob, thank you for the fab skiing lesson too!! I cannot finish without mentioning the views, well they speak for themselves really. Thank you for all the hard work and effort that you all put in.

Bit of a building site at the moment and I dare say when it's done it will be great. We went up the chair lift which was a great experience. Also tried the sledging which was great fun. Staff at the chairlift were great and reassured us about safety. Stunning views. Cafe at the top of the ski lift is okay nothing special.

Great place with lots to offer. Glencoe is so beautiful the drive here is outstanding. Little cafe which serves lovely food at a good price. Went on the ski lift which is a must. If you are wild camping like us you will be pleased to know there are showers and water here showers are £1 for 5 minutes and are lovely and clean. You can also stay here in pods and cabins and there is electric points to hook up too. Great place will come again

We just had a fantastic spring skiing day at Glencoe. All the staff from the moment you walk into the ski rental, to the operator on the last lift down at the end of the day were great - full of chat, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making sure you had a good time on their mountain. It was a real treat to be skiing this late in the season on some decent snow on the upper runs, this could be a new tradition in our household.

I only popped in for a toilet break and a quick sandwich as I was travelling home from the Isle of Skye. It was fine but had no veggie options at all so didn't pick anything up. It also didn't display the prices of any of the food which put me off anyway.

Everything was perfect, apart from the gentleman's attitude in the cafe which really let the place down to us. Don't have a job in customer service if you have no customer service skills at all. Judging by the reviews we aren't the only people who have experienced this.

A beautiful resort with all the facilities you need. They're still recovering from the fire on Christmas Day in 2019, but have made huge progress to get everything in ship shape! Donation per night is advised as £2, made in cash at various drop off points around the car park. For those using accommodation there are ablutions, with showers running on £1 for 5 mins. In the summer, the chair lift is available for those who want to hike, or those who want to bike. It's about £30 for a full day lift pass. Lift operates from approx 0830 to 1615. There is a new cafe building and a good rental shop should you need anything. We forgot our helmets... I don't even know how! Beautiful views all around! Great staff, great location.

It's a very beautiful, natural and cool environment with blissful atmosphere. The mountain resort also has a very neat water flow that enable a blissful and serene atmosphere. Being there enables one to experience the beautiful work of nature.

October school holiday trip was pretty quiet. The top cafe was closed but bottom restaurant open. Picnic benches and facilities all good. Fun on the chairlift but nice walk to the top as well as a good option.

Dirtiest shower I have ever seen. Apparently basic hygiene was much to ask. This is the state of showers after paying 75£ for 1 night, hot water not included. It has not been cleaned for several days in a row.

Don’t bother! Dirty filthy showers & toilets situated in old shipping containers! You pay a pound for the shower & leave in a worse state than before you went in. Over priced cafe for very mediocre food and the service is something else. The only positive is the electric hook up.

We stayed in one of the hobbit pods when walking the WHW. Pods were basic but fine for a night. We hired sleeping bags and liners for 5£ each which was nice. Beds were short (1.80m?) but I slept really well. Showers were 1£ and quite dirty though, with hairs, the creases not cleaned. Glad I had flip flops! The people at the caf were very friendly, helping us check what was vegan (Gourmet Burger and spicy bean burger), and making us custom vegan cheese and tomato rolls, which was great the next day.

Amazing staff, couldn't help me enough when i was having bike issues a few weeks ago - they even replaced a couple of small parts free of charge! Really nice 'family' feel to the place, unlike a lot of larger parks/resorts. Trails brutal, a must-visit!

The staff were amazing. Nothing but smiles and offers of conversation and support from the ticket office to the top lift. The quality of the runs were outstanding and the staff were out all day maintaining and grooming the runs. Easily scotlands best ski centre.

My wife loves this place. We hope we can do some ski lessons and practices here. But when we were there, the snow wasn’t enough to do both. So we decided to do sledging. It was so much fun and we spent the whole day here. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic setting, great snow and customer service from your team. Panoramic cafe located around 700m from the chair lift leading up from the car park was walkable. Free sledges available for small and big kids.

Good snowboarding & fun for the family. But The staff in the cafe on the hill were rude to everyone because the Internet failed, they had food/hot drinks available but refused to take cash from the customers. I got a barrage of abuse because I looked at her, I didn't even say a word & she started shouting at me that "the cafe is closed, I've put a sign on the door"

Great place to visit with or without kids! Really good facilities. Staff are first class, friendly helpful and cant do enough for the visitors. Fantastic views from the top of the chair lift. Will definitely be back.

Love Glencoe! Great place, absolutely beautiful. Red trail is awesome, so much fun. Bike hire staff are brilliant, super helpful and good fun to chat to. Really know their stuff. The accomodations great and the cafe's good too. Awesome stay all round!

Myself and young son stayed here for 2 days a couple weeks ago, we had a lovely time and the lodge was great, my son really enjoyed the chairlift and tubing. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was the highlight of my sons day, I will definitely be back.

Good place for some skiing. When the mountain has an abundance of snow its excellent to be able to ski the whole place. Great cafe at the bottom and midway. Nice place to stop for a break. Good and helpful staff members throughout. Always willing to give a helpful hand.

Camped here while doing the west highland way. Really great place and resort. I had a few pints and chips in the cafe, and breakfast in the morning which was good. All the staff were lovely and really should be recognized for their friendliness and helpfulness as they were short staffed. Also took a ride up the ski lift which I would recommend as the views are 10/10. Only small complaint is the need to pay for showers - which is minor in the grand scheme of things!

👍👍 What a lovely little place to stop. You can feed some Highland Cows, then make a cow of yourself at the lovely little cafe. Parking was plenty for the size of the cafe. Prices are good and service is superb. The soup of the day for us was mushroom and it was de-light-ful.

👍👍 Without a doubt the best place we've stopped for a coffee and something to eat on our honeymoon road trip. Food was excellent, owners were even better and we really enjoyed chatting with them. Our absolute favourite welcome from this lovely boy too. Highly, highly recommend!
