Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the Great Glen room, the views are spectacular from the balcony and exceeded our expectations! Beautifully finished room and ensuite. Everything we needed. Spacious room that felt like a real treat. Communal/entrance way is very welcoming with lovely artwork etc. Breakfast was spot on too. Parking was plentiful. Treetops felt nicely 'out of the way' but is just a 5 minute drive to Fort William. We had no issues. Thanks both for a lovely stay.

Beautiful place, gorgeous location, absolutely lovely hosts. The cat, dogs and chickens are the bonus icing on this amazing cake. If you're hiking or traveling by bus there is a short, steep walk from the closet bus stop to get to the house but it's well worth it.

What a gem! JJ and Jo were fabulous hosts, the breakfast was truly wonderful, and the view from the rooms is amazing. We're so glad we found this place, and will definitely stay more than 2 nights the next time!

Wow where to start, JJ and Jo are beyond fantastic hosts! Immediately made to feel welcome and at home at this lovely B&B. The room is immaculate and has a lovely view! Great finishing touches, I especially appreciated the diffuser head with the hair dryer. The breakfast was a complete feast, again the fantastic hosts were attentive, kind and very knowledgeable of the local area. If I could give more stars I would! Thank you so so much for a wonderful stay x

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were made welcome as if we were family. Our hosts Jo and JJ were lovely, chatty and most informative about the area, activities and amenities, while being respectful of our privacy – not an easy one to pull off. The room and en-suite were superb, with an outstanding view of Ben Nevis and surrounding hills from our large balcony. We could not have wished for better. The continental breakfasts were great too, everything fresh with an extensive choice of cereals, cheeses and cold meats and options for croissants and porridge. It provided an excellent start to another busy day in the Highlands. We loved our stay and cannot recommend Treetops highly enough.

From start to finish Jo and JJ made our stay at Treetops one to remember. Being greeted with a warm welcome and clean establishment I would recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone. Breakfast in the morning was also great, it was fun to connect with other guests from around the world as well as joke about which side of the road is the "right" one. If you are looking for an exceptional B&B experience check out Treetops.

JJ and Jo's place is idyllic. They were both incredible hosts and super knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was delicious. The room was comfy with a stunning view of the mountains. If you have a car the location is perfect, only a short drive from the center of town and a lot of great hikes. Looking forward to seeing them again next time we're in Fort William!

Lovely room. Great views of mountains and water. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful hosts who are incredibly nice and helpful. Secured a dinner reservation for us at the Ben Nevis Inn while we were on the road traveling. Good location—-mid point between the coast and Highlands.

An unexpected location atthe end of what seems to be a quiet residential street, this B&B was an absolute delight to discover. The house is beautifully presented with exceptional hosts adding a personal touch. The entire experience was wonderful and the hosts were very accommodating to our delayed arrival. Would highly recommend staying here.

The room was lovely and the bed so comfy. The whole places is amazing. Very clean and good facilities. The shower was fantastic. We stayed for a night in August. The weather was true Scottish. Rain. We were travelling on motorbikes but JJ and Jo had a dry room downstairs and a place to store all or stuff. Which was a good send. The breakfast was great. It made a nice change from a fry up. All the food is local and tasted wonderful. Jo and JJ would cater for ant dietary requirements. They were born to be hoteliers. Helpful and full of local knowledge. JJ even dropped us in town so we could go for a meal as it was raining and they didn't want us to get wet. We would definitely recommend to anyone and will hopefully be back again next year.

Everything was perfect here. The BnB is so cozy and the hosts are so friendly. We really enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was also very good with lots of options. JJ had so much helpful information for our time in Fort William. We loved it here! The view from the Great Glen room is amazing.

JJ and Jo are wonderful people and their B&B is fabulous. The room was nice and cozy with a great view of the city. There were so many options for breakfast and the food was very tasty. JJ recommended several things to stop and check out when we were leaving town, which we did and would not have known about. JJ, Jo, and their family are such nice people. Treetops was our favorite spot during our 12 day trip and we would highly recommend visiting this establishment.

We stayed here for one night on our way from Portree to Glasgow because we took the Scotrail train RT from Fort William to Mallaig. LOVED it. Comfy bed, nice space, the BEST breakfast and at our own table. It was a superb stay!

Been to stay here twice now and each time has been amazing. The rooms are really nice, the service is great and the views are absolutely magical! There is so much to do locally and within a short drive or walk that you can't fit it all into one stay. Treetops is dog friendly and caters for absolutely anything and very informative with the best places to see and things to do in the area. We will definitely be staying again so that we can do all the things we couldn't fit into our last stay.

Wow what a lovely, friendly place to stay. The Ben Nevis room was perfect and had stunning views of Ben Nevis and the Jacobite Express (Harry Potter) train chuff chuffing past every day. Jo and JJ are great hosts and make you feel at home. Being diabetic there are lots of things I can't eat so they we happy to pop out and get my special milk, cereal and even peanut butter. Look out for Taz the super friendly dog that will insist on belly rubs and lots of attention.

My Fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Treetops, JJ & Jo are brilliant and friendly hosts. On arrival we were very warmly greeted by JJ, who was subsequently happy to give us lots of advice on our first ascent of Ben Nevis. Our room was very homely, with a wonderful view across Fort William and the mountains. Breakfast was great and had something for everyone, from fresh pastries, fruit, porridge and a selection of other continental items. We'll definitely be back again, thanks JJ & Jo! Alec & Laura

We feel lucky that we booked a room for three nights at treetops! We had car trouble on our trip to Fort William. JJ and Jo were very helpful and accommodating to us. The B&B is nicely appointed with everything you’d need or want. Eg extra pillows, umbrellas, walking sticks, excellent recommendations. All details covered and rooms are very clean. Kind and friendly service very personable people. Conveniently located near the train, town and viaduct.

Beautiful property with amazing views from the Ben Nevis room. JJ & Jo are the perfect hosts and it feels like you are staying with family and not in a B &B. Lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend.

This place has everything you want and need. Spacious, clean, luxurious rooms with stunning views of the mountains. The hosts are engaging, friendly, and leave you wanting for nothing. This has been the best accommodation of our 2 week trip!

Treetops B&B is a beautiful house in a spectacular, quiet location 3 miles from the centre of Fort William. It was our first B&B experience and it definitely set the bar high! We booked a room for 2 nights and were surprised to see such a fantastic, bright and spacious suite. The king- size bed was super comfy and the views- spectacular! The whole house was spotless. However, the best part of the experience was the hosts- very friendly, welcoming, warm and lovely people. They gave us lots of great travel advice and helpful information and also helped us with our ferry tickets. Amazing people. We will definitely be back again!

What a lovely welcome from JJ. The room we had was Glen Mhor with the wooden balcony and wow what a spectacular view looking right over Fort William on to Ben Nevis in the background. The room was very spacious with comfortable seating and a king size bed, so comfy. We even had a small fridge with fresh milk and a jar of fresh ground coffee. We were asked to book our breakfast on line the night before which was quick and easy, excellent idea. So many thoughtful touches with very high standard of Covid compliance. Jo greeted us in the morning and was so nice. First class breakfast with big choice to set you up for the day. Wonderful stay. We would highly recommend Treetops.

The property is beautiful and so clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable - we slept so well in the lovely big bed! We enjoyed a delicious, homemade breakfast that was excellently organised, and our hosts made us feel very at home. We would definitely stay again at Treetops and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Thank you JJ and Jo!
