After several months of almost constant wrist pain one visit to Alton Pain Clinic and a cortisone injection did the trick. The next day my wrist was even more painful, which I think was just some internal bruising, but since then 10 days pain free and total strength restored. Thank you so much, I wish I had come in sooner.

Had the Gel and Cortisone injection for my hip and it couldn’t have gone smoother and was totally painless. My Clinician Adnan was professional and personable and advised me at every step of the procedure. In fact the advice I received on the condition of my hip with ultrasound was more comprehensive in 30 minutes than a year with the NHS. Fully recommend. The receptionist and the whole atmosphere was pleasant.

I was suffering with pain from assumed Beritis in my left hip whene the NHS could only see me in three weeks time. The pain was intense which is why we researched the Internet and found Alton Pain Clinic. Much to my surprise I was offered an appointment that afternoon which I duly accepted and arrived at their door on crutches. I was greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist called Sarah who took my details and introduced me to Mr Adnan Asif the specialist. After a consultation I was given an Ultra scan and Steroid injection and left the building without the need to use my crutches. Adnan followed up with a phone call three days later and I can safely say I am without pain now. Honestly can’t express how happy I am to have discovered Alton pain clinic. With osteoarthritis in the knees the pain was preventing me living my best life as a pilates instructor and hands on nanny. I had my most painful knee treated with cortisone and hyaluronic gel. The relief was almost instance . The whole procedure was assisted by ultrasound which was fascinating and showed me exactly what was going on in my knees. Mr. Adnan Arif was an absolute gentleman who took time to listen and explain everything he was doing. This is honestly a really affordable way to receive private treatment if you’re in pain and waiting on long lists for NHS appointments.

Was recommended A.P.C and have been blown away from the care from Sarah and Adnan. Only been to the clinic today but the before and during care has been amazing. Fingers crossed that my body responds to the injection well, Adnan, was great at explaining everything and checking in for my after care booking. The place is a wee gem that I've needed ! So easy to book on their website. Managed to book for the following day. The gentleman that I saw knew what was wrong with me after me just explaining my symptoms. Gave me all my options. Went above and beyond to ensure I got the right treatment and my elbow is forever grateful already ☺️ will be returning when needed.

I travelled from Wales for my first consultation yesterday I had two treatments Hyaluronic acid gel and the cortisone, virtually pain free.and after limping and been in pain for two years with no sight of a knee replacement I walked out pain free, Adnan Arif was amazing very informative.
