Unlike Supermarkets, the staff at Majestic all have wine qualifications and consequently are very knowledgeable. Majestic at Ludlow is an airy modern building and the wine is categorised by country and then grape variety. The wines on offer are very well priced and the variety and choice is superb. Quality and passion is the underlying theme at Majestic. They only stock quality wines, so if you are looking for bargain basement plonk, go elsewhere. If however you love your wine, don't want to pay a fortune and are bored by the tired offerings of the big 5, look no further.

Super helpful staff at Ludlow, go above and beyond every time I do a wine run. Great wine choices too, obviously! Have been using Majestic for several years now - hard to beat on quality and price.

Brilliant, very helpful staff, able to taste wine and lots of offers. Very good stock and huge choice. Wine tasting evening etc Carried purchase to my car.

Too soon to tell re wines bought but in any event as taste/price are subjective I'll limit myself to the observation that the selection is vast and wide ranging. There will be many cheaper outlets for wine buying I don't doubt but the price points lead one to think/hope that the chances of purchasing chateau l'acide are slight; the staff are calmly enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, so if the wines are palatable it will be a happy renewal of our relationship with Majestic. I'd say pricing is in the Sainsburys to Waitrose manor then on up to into top end wine buffery but as there are some sub £8 wines there, why not.

Awful service and customer care, avoid and go to another branch. Took my money and after 2 and a half weeks of chasing to see where my order was, well it isn’t coming apparently. Useless !

Ok. Staff tried to help me find reduced alcohol wine but not much choice, surprised as its a growing market. Found my fav full bodied red though!
