Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with this company My bag was one of many stolen from their previous premises I waited patiently for months whist the insurance claims were going on Little information was given I did not no until after I had left my bag to be sold in the Tenterden branch that they had been burgled several times had I known this information I would not have trusted it there. It was a sad sale for me as my husband had been diagnosed with cancer so I needed the money. I did get impatient towards the end as it felt like I was being ignored my sister had several bags for sale one of which was also stolen she also had to chase for any info I was told I was unkind and rude for daring to ask especially as the owner had been under so much stress with the burglary My sister was lucky enough to get a Payment from different bank accounts but only as she was lucky enough to have the amount in writing but I was told I would receive no payment and to take it to a Small claims court which I am In the process of doing I was never rude and would be happy to share with anyone all the correspondence to prove this I would never leave a bag in this companies care again and to say I’m disappointed and upset would be an understatement

I've bought several bags from Emma and BSTYS now and I've been really impressed with the quality and prices every time. Never had to worry about authenticity as I know she has a rigorous authentication process. Plus Emma and her team moved heaven and earth to find me the bag I'd always wanted - and in perfect condition too. Her shop in Rye is definitely worth a visit.

I have bought 2 handbags from Emma and absolutely love them. The first being a Marc Jacobs everyday cross body bag, the 2nd a pale blue Mulberry Lily which still had the original retail price tag on. The service is excellent but most if all love the live showcases and the knowledge Emma has in this industry.
