Female solo traveler here! Seven Acre Woods was absolutely perfect for me. Great communication ahead of getting there, with all kind of advice and recommendations which is really handy if you're an anxious traveller. Arrived on time for an ice lolly which is always a plus 😉 It IS a family campsite so if the sound of children makes you miserable, it's not the place for you. The campsite is small but mighty. I booked the smaller glamping tent and it was pristine upon arrival. Massive pros for me were: - HOT shower. Delightful. - The facilities hut is kept very clean and tidy. - The owners are based on the campsite and are super friendly and available. - Location is stunning. Leafy walks and public footpaths literally from the campsite. So easy. Overall felt really safe and owners and campers alike were respectful and friendly.

We loved every minute of our stay in The Mole Hill. Ruth, Steve & Harrison have made a beautiful, tranquil setting for families to stay and relax. Plenty for kids to explore. Couldn’t recommend enough!! Definitely be back ⛺️🏕️🌲

Steve, Ruth and Harrison have made Seven Acre Woods a little paradise. The craftsmanship of the cabins made our little break so special. This is a magical place, especially for kids. Thank you for hosting us.

Could not want for more in this tranquil setting. The cabins are beautiful, well built and have everything you need. As a family of 3 with a little boy we were able to comfortably relax and explore in the most natural environment but with all the comforts you’ll need around you. In the most lovely area with amazing walks over fields or through the woods right on your doorstep.

Just arrived back from a beautiful stay here and can not rate this place enough!!! The play areas and woods were perfect for entertaining our two boys. The goats were also an instant hit. The cabins were very spotless and well equipped and we had a very peaceful and comfortable stay. Definity ask for wood as we very much enjoyed cooking hotdogs over the firepit. The location is perfect; less than 10 minute drive to Bodiam and Battle, which are both worth a visit. A walk to the local pub is not to be missed, beautiful setting and a lovely village and delicious fresh food!
