Went to the shop looking for a repair on a 3 month old Mountfield Lawnmower. The self propel cable had snapped. This was a Tuesday and I was told the part would be in on the Friday! I called Friday lunchtime and was told it would be after 3pm the part would arrive. Never received a call. Now Monday and after my call was eventually answered I’ve been told they can’t get the part. Part is easily available online so I find that strange! 6 days to tell me that!! Unprofessional and if didn’t want to do the job then tell me right away and I’d have went elsewhere. Complete waste of my time.

Great place to go. I tried to buy a chain online and was given the wrong one. Headed into this place and the guy replaced in no time. Very reasonable price too

Got pretty much everything I needed and would help to get stuff that maybe was not in stock. Give them a try. Super friendly too!

These guys really know there stuff and are happy to show me how to maintain my stuff. Adjusted my strimmer with no charge. You can buy stuff off the Internet but you can't buy amazing service. Lucky to have these guys local.

Dont bother calling them for a lawnmower repair - they are not interested. Called for a minor - but essential, repair to a quality mainstream mower - hey wouldn't even consider looking at it.
