We rented Phoenix House for a week at the end of August 2023 with our three teenage boys. The location is brilliant for the centre of Elie, the beach and the pier, and the Elie deli is next door! The house is clean, spacious and very well appointed, as is the garden. The living/dining area at the top of the house gives great views and lots of light. Jamie was really helpful when we arrived as were the others sorting all the arrangements beforehand. Very happy to recommend.

We stayed at The Bank 15 and had a great time. The house was really clean and well equipped. The attention to detail in the house is lovely. An easy 5 minute walk to the beach and with great shops on hand in the village, it’s the perfect location for a relaxing family holiday.

Very high standard of accommodation - no shortage of towels, bedding and beach towels. All the appliances were top quality too. Extremely clean and agent very responsive to any issues. Sauna and hot-tub were brilliant.

We stayed at Mid Rock House for a week in June. It was the perfect place for a large family get together. The house was well appointed, spacious and quirky and situated right in front of the beach. The team at Elie Select were professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend and look forward to going back some day.

We recently booked Duddingston House through Elie Select and both the house and the service from Elie Select were fantastic. I can't speak highly enough of either. The house was lovely - spacious, very well appointed and provided a great base for a week's holiday for a family of 5. The booking process was easy and Jamie was incredibly helpful throughout. Deborah met us upon arrival and provided a tour of the house - a thoughtful and personal touch. Jamie braved storms to get us charcoal for the BBQ hut - nothing was too much trouble for him! Great service from start to finish and thoroughly recommended.

We celebrated my 70th birthday here and the extra large table and well equipped kitchen made the meal a great success. This was after a day of magical sunrise and sunset views, watching the tide come in and out, spotting the different wading birds and sharing the thrill of the grandchildren as they found shells galore and even crab legs the birds had discarded. A very special day and night. And not to mention the area - an absolute foodie paradise.

We as a family of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bank. Everything was as described and there was plenty of all neccessary product ,bedding, towels etc. Top quality and no surprises! The hosts are very accomodating and helpful before the trip and we never had to bother them while there.

We stayed in Duddingston House for the second year and again it was a 10/10 location, house and settings. The house was spotless the location faultless and the house had all that you would need for a holiday in Elie. Beach towels for sunny days and jigsaws and games for rainy days. A washing machine, tumble drier and clothes drying rack as well as plenty of storage with hangers. We take guests and every one is complementary of the house and it location. The house is spotless, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen fully fitted and well equipped. Elie select are a fabulous company and any questions or issues we have/had were immediately dealt with and the company was always contactable
