I required a dental implant and was referred to New Life Teeth. The staff were all professional, polite and helpful. At the first consultation with John Clysdale each step of the process was explained to me in detail including possible problems which could arise. The process took just over 6 month to complete with several visits to the surgery required. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and would highly recommend New Life Teeth to anyone.

John and his team are friendly, professional and, coming from a team sports background, have been great to watch how they work together. They do a great job of explaining what they are going to do, making you feel as comfortable as possible and then explaining the next steps at the end of your treatment. New Life Teeth itself is a modern, clean surgery that you feel safe with the dental service you are going to receive (no anxiety about potential germs). I would highly recommend.

I have been use New Life Teeth for number years, had 3 planted teeth done,, love it, Gregor,Paul, excellent and friendly dentist team and all friendly nurses and receptionist. Good fully equipment and hygiene dentist surgeon office over covid period as well.

I made the decision to have extensive dental work carried out at New Life Teeth Edinburgh branch after doing quite a bit of research. From the very first telephone call Kayleigh was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. Gregor did all the work on my implants, again he took time to explain the procedures and along with the rest of his team was professional and approachable. Karen replaced all my amalgam fillings with white fillings and did lots of cosmetic work with crowns and a bridge. Her attention to detail was fantastic and she really wanted me to be 100% happy with the end result. I traveled to Edinburgh from Cumbria for my treatment and both Gregor and Karen worked hard to accommodate appointments to help with my commute. For anyone considering dental work I’d highly recommend New Life Teeth. It was quite a long journey, I started my treatment in January and finished in November but it’s been so worth it.

I was horrified by losing a front tooth after a recurring infection and split root. I consulted a few implant dentists but chose NLT as they provided (on a no obligation basis) a preliminary assessment by a dentist with a detailed written report, and because this is their special area of expertise. In this eye-wateringly expensive area of dentistry their quote was also significantly less than others I had consulted. This has been a very good experience for me from beginning to end. NLT's admin is first class. I found their receptionists and nurses efficient and friendly. My implant was not straightforward as it required significant grafting to replace lost bone density. It wasn't possible to be sure what the final outcome of my particular treatment might be, but Dr Gregor McIntosh inspired confidence from the outset that I was in a very skilled pair of hands; I felt sure that it would be as good as it could be. I was pleasantly surprised to experience very little pain or discomfort in the course of what was a pretty radical process. I am very pleased indeed with the end result which feels very secure and looks totally natural. Everyone at NLT Edinburgh gives the impression that they know what they are about and truly care about the patient experience. I thoroughly recommend them.
