My dog loves their food - that said he's a lab so he'd eat pretty much anything - and does regularly. However, the most amazing thing that I discovered about Burns this morning is the standard of the customer service / nutritional advice they offer. I'd recently changed the type of Burns food I've been feeding my lab and emailed a couple of questions about it. One of their rockstar staff, Laura Dunford sent me a quick and really considered response and asked me some pertinent questions about my dog. We exchanged a couple of emails and she was super helpful. Her response taught me things I'd never given too much thought to so I'll now go back and check exactly how much I feed him - and aim to get closer to the figure they suggest. Awesome nutritional advice / customer service that so many other companies could learn from. Thank you.

Burns pet nutrition for dogs is horrible food. My dog won't eat it. I tried one for taste and they taste awful, why subject your dog to food that tastes bland and horrible. Apparently it has fresh pork and pork meal in it! all dried out to taste like nothing. Not recommended.

My dog like the food, the staff are really lovely, the upstairs cafe is dog friendly. My bog like the walk around the grounds

John burns is the best helped us a lot with my dog cookie what a gentleman and he has all the time in the world to chat with you
