Just popped in after work for some car cleaning products ready for the weekend! Was unsure of what I needed to carry out a thorough wash and polish of my T2 Camper. Max and Carla talked me through what would get the job done at a great price! They were friendly, professional, and swift at collecting my items. After returning an item to Screwfix, with little interest or interaction shown to me, it was a surprise and delight to find help and support from Damien and his young female colleague at this store I am a woman in my late sixties and needed advice on what to but although knew what I needed. Efficient and excellent service! I only went in for a box of a specific screw size, which proved to be more problematic than I had imagined. Anyway, Rachel spent ages going through the catalogue and tried a number of different sizes, until she found the one I required. She said that she liked a challenge and she certainly wasn’t going to be beaten! Will definitely use this store again on all household items! Would highly recommend this branch! Thanks Rachel. My purchase today was quick and easy with a cheery welcome and goodbye.
