My experience with ladz is really very good.. The food quality is amazing . Neat and clean atmosphere.. Staff behavior is very good. Burgers pizzas and every menu is really amazing and served with love. I love shakes all time my favourite... Highly recommend

I usually buy coffees there. The only thing I don’t agree is that once I want to find the correct cash changes from the cashier man and he didn’t give me less than the right amount, and keep saying “don’t worry” I mean I care about it because the change should be belong to me. But other times are fine

Food is delivered very quickly and hot, they are very friendly and open to suggestions. They allow you to add stuff on even after ordering and also allow modifying. They have been really kind as they always add on some extra goodies which are always appreciated! Thank you

I've been a regular at The Ladz for many months and they never fail to deliver. Food is served fresh and is consistently good quality tasty food. Along with very friendly staff and great prices there really isn't anything negative to say about the experiences I have had there. Definitely recommend visiting! :)

I can't believe the amount you get, this meal was so delicious and plenty of well seasoned chips. I can Highly recommend, The Ladz Ely. This was my First visit & I will certainly visit again.

The chicken appears to be pre-cooked, then warmed on the grill with sauce added. I saw my chicken be put on the grill only a few minutes before it was ready. As a result it’s very dry. Food was edible enough and pricing good - but wouldn’t return due to poor quality. Staff very indifferent and unhelpful. Also they don’t wear caps or hair/beard nets which appears very unhygienic. They also do not wash hands between food preparation and handling the till.

This was my first time trying The Ladz yesterday evening and I was really excited to as I had heard such good things. It exceeded my expectations! The service was amazing and is up there with some of the long-standing, family run takeaways that have been in Ely for decades. I was surprised when they contacted me to advise that the drink I had chose was no longer available and wanted to let me know so I could pick another - some places would just chuck anything in! The delivery driver was extremely friendly and arrived in good time, and was super polite. I usually have cash on me to tip the driver and didn’t have any on this occasion otherwise I definitely would have! The food was hot, delicious and well packaged. All of the pots and bags were plastic or paper so can easily go in the recycling (no horrible polystyrene!!). I ordered a selection of items to try and all were so good. I also ordered the coleslaw and I’m not sure what they put in it but it tastes amazing! The chicken was juicy and well seasoned with an incredible flavour to the marinade. Very, very impressed and will definitely order from here again and spread the word. Keep doing what you’re doing!
