A lovely experience dealing with Sharon in the sale office. No question was too much, and she happily looked out a variety of site and floor plans for me. A stress-free, information-packed, meeting and plenty of time to look around the show homes in my own time.

Very poorly built homes. In relation to both the quality of materials and standard of workmanship. After you’ve bought they are awful at addressing issues and have very very low standards. Would not recommend anyone buys on this estate. Edit: Claire - as you well know I have been raising the issues with Redrow for years, and you have failed to fix things. Hence me having to go to NHBC. So leaving the email address and asking me to contact you seems to serve no purpose.

Fantastic service from Sharon at Redrow, Kings Meadow, Ely. Very patient, informative and above all super efficient. The house is great too 😁⭐️

It's a zero star. The staff called me from a cellphone 1hour before my appointment to just cancel it. I told him that I drove from London just to for that and I was there already. Extremely disappointed, staff are rude and unprofessional enough to not to do their job properly. And actually I have to thank the untrustworthy staff because while I was looking for the customer services and I couldn't find a way to make a complaint, I have found a group on Facebook that's the name is "Don't buy Redrow", and I certainly won't because from the beginning it's all wrong. And to finish, the staff called me next day to apologise but she has given me the impression that I was the one to be blamed for my disappointment. There were no other staff to attend me. I'm not obligated to accept or agree with that. It was her fault and not for one second my fault to drive all the way from London to the location ( almost 2 hours) and there weren't staff available to attend the appointment that was made days before.

I have been to kings meadow three times and each time I have received a very warm welcome, Sharon and Kyle are very committed staff and have been very patient in answering our questions and helping us to coordinate our needs. The area is also great and the people are very friendly. Highly recommend.

The staff in the King's Meadow sales office, namely Sharon & Kyle who we have had all our dealings with are extremely helpful, polite & literally can not do enough for us. I was in business for many years & would have been delighted to have such great staff as the front line face of my business.
