We like so many others found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Our two e-Bikes had the best service ever, we got a very interesting report back too. No work was carried out without our authorisation and the total bill was very close to the estimate when we dropped the bikes off, and spot on the quoted figure. Well done, guys, thank you.

Fantastic prompt and knowledgable customer service. I approached a few of the businesses with this chain and Rides on Air were the single most attentive and patient with my purchase. Unfortunately a manufactures issue got in the way for us but when that came into play it was dealt with with the upmost professionalism.

The bolt holding my Topeak pannier rack broke, luckily at a point that was only a 15-minute walk away from this bike shop. They fixed it promptly and sent us on our way within a few minutes... Thankfully we got to continue our bikepacking tour around the UK! Great people!

My bike went for a service and overhaul. The cost of the work was made clear and there was no pressure to have work done. The work was carried out promptly and itemised. The staff were helpful.

Bought an ebike from Rides on Air. Very good advice, presented all available stock options and helped decision making in a very non-pushy way. Bike delivery and pre-delivery inspection all very efficient. Very fair &;competitive on pricing.

Fantastic Local Bike Shop, especially the wonderful team they have in place now. Young, enthusiastic, friendly, welcoming, and really know their stuff. They are amazingly passionate about cycling, but don't fall into the trap which used to happen in some bike shops of being condescending to those not so knowledgeable. I've recently used them a couple of times for servicing tasks, and they've been absolutely spot on, really quick service, and the bike has been spot on. Also when they realise it's going to cost any more than quoted, they communicate that in advance before incurring extra cost. Great service, and a lovely spacious shop fully of really top kit! P.S. From a generally great bunch of staff, I feel I have to mention in particular Sam, who's friendly manner and passion for bikes makes him exceptional compared to the best in the industry. Also special mention to Matt. Finally, you don't get a good shop with a great team without great Senior management, though with such a great team in place they don't seem to need to be around much.
