So many good things to say about this company; where to begin? 1. Fast response- called them on just before New Year’s Eve and they explained the process, it was collected shortly after the same day!! 2. Kept up to date with when it would be ready etc 3. The cost, when my son (who’s laptop had the issue) told me how much it was going to be to fix it, I was honestly stunned- it was much cheaper than I thought it would be. 4. The customer service overall: excellent!! Full explanation given to my so as to what the issue was etc I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone!!!

My elderly iMac was giving problems as i was running old software & I'd been told by others it was not upgradeable.
