I love this shop! It’s so great to go crystal shopping. But I think you should add more crystals to your store:) And instead of the paper bags maybe drawstring pouches for the crystals to go in instead. Overall it’s an amazing store.

Staff are always really nice and chat away with you. I love going fornthe crystals and incenseas im a spiritualist. They Also has a great range of gorgeous home items, as well as candles etc which is what I go in for. Fantastic workers who pierced my daughters ears and put her at ease and made it a comfortable experience for her.

Don't do refunds, you get a credit note which is unheard of nowadays. They say there's a notice on the window somewhere.. There isn't. They say it's on the receipt which is a bit pointless if you've already bought it.. The good news is you have twelve months to find that gift you don't want to buy before the credit note expires.

Staff helpful and have some really nice stock. My main issue was the lack of space to leave the shop once you have been served at till. When I was in I politely said excuse me to two customers who were standing talking and blocking access neither moved ignoring me completely. Neither member of staff at tills intervened. This made me really stressed and annoyed as I was starting to feel really faint and needed to leave the shop. Please look into the blocking of the aisle at the till especially NOT handy if it was a wheelchair user who needed out in a hurry.

If you want your daughter's ears pierced this is a very good place. The employees are very patient and calmly explain what will happen step by step before they start. The price is reasonable.
