We are very impressed with the outstanding customer service we've received from Mike Whitmore Jones and all the showroom and delivery team. It's such a pleasure to find a (local, family-run) business where everyone we've encountered is knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely interested in helping us to make the right choice and in providing 'proper' customer service - even long after our purchase was made. Delivery was excellent too - great care and respect was shown for our home - even down to removing their shoes without even being asked. Brilliant!

I wanted a tradition high-back chair with good lumbar support. I had searched without success in quality furniture shops in West Sussex. Then someone suggested Whitmore Jones. I am so glad I went there. They have a good range of comfortable chairs like no other shops in the area. Great service and delivery.

After hunting for a suitable compact office desk & chair solution for my open plan contemporary apartment I came across the family run company Whitmore Jones in Chichester. Luckily the smart desk (with all the mod cons) I saw on their website was in stock and exactly what I was looking for. The luxurious retro designer desk in a space saving kidney shape had a matching swivel chair and both came in real walnut wood which perfectly matches my door. The customer service and fast delivery was amazing. Even Roger Moore looks happy in the picture!

I wanted to write to you to express the excellent and genuinely professional service I received here in the UK from the owner Mike(family business) at Whitmore Jones, and his knowledge was truly outstanding and the service i got from him and his collegue even more extensive! Having travelled from NW London to Whitmore Jones in Chichester, I was not sceptical. I was excited to be greeted by both gentlemen and let's say the rest is history, with an order placed with delivery for next year. The service I got in-store was worth travelling four times over for. The customer service was also off the scale. I mean the "positive" scale, to the point of being in the store for over 3 hours, and let me tell you, it was the best experience ever, and I truly enjoyed spending money for which I am sure you do not hear that often from customers, especially these days! Despite never meeting before, They were both so friendly and approachable, professional, polite, and helpful, but most importantly, they listened to what I was saying and got to know me to match my needs. I got the personal service, care and attention blown away, and I could see why they do their jobs so well. When they spoke, it was so factual regarding their product knowledge that I felt I was at college again and wanted to take notes. I enjoyed being in the store, and it was an experience for me, an experience not something I had to do but rather when and if I wanted to. They were true to the brand, company, and to me, the customer and that cost has no number/value. I can assure you of that. I started to feel at home and began to feel like a little boy in the toyshop. The service was incredible, and then I realised I should leave the shop before I started finding a corner to work, having been so welcomed that much as it was now 4 pm. So professional, customer service driven, knowledgeable, polite and undoubtedly exceeded themselves in their jobs. I was utterly blown away by not only being treated as an individual but someone who they could relate to and understood my needs, concerns, upsets and issues, WHICH I CANNOT AND HAVE NOT Found anywhere out there these days. Honestly, I cannot praise this store and the wonderful brand of HIMOLLA And if only I had remembered to come their first rather than to the superstore, well, we all learn. A big WELL DONE to you, your company and your brand!

Old fashioned kindness as the basis for good service. Wonderful service. The owner of this store has been beyond kind. Particularly as I did not buy the chairs in question from him. They were very expensive chairs (to me) . As soon as I bought them there was a problem, which recurred 15 months later, but my retailer was no longer trading.I rang around some retailers to find out who could repair this. Andy and Mike the owner were wonderful. Mike came round to see what the problem was and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He explained the problem and had lined up the local representative .I wish people would flock to his store. Retailers like this need to be patronised. Given the state of the High Streets, we need shops/service like this. It would be a shame to see them go.

Have used Whitmore Jones for years for furniture and flooring. I run & manage several residential properties. I Ifind them professional, courtious, and most importantly efficient and clean with a high standard of work. Simply the BEST!!
