wanted
to
write
to
you
to
express
the
excellent
and
genuinely
professional
service
I
received
here
in
the
UK
from
the
owner
Mike(family
business)
at
Whitmore
Jones,
and
his
knowledge
was
truly
outstanding
and
the
service
i
got
from
him
and
his
collegue
even
more
extensive!
Having
travelled
from
NW
London
to
Whitmore
Jones
in
Chichester,
I
was
not
sceptical.
I
was
excited
to
be
greeted
by
both
gentlemen
and
let's
say
the
rest
is
history,
with
an
order
placed
with
delivery
for
next
year.
The
service
I
got
in-store
was
worth
travelling
four
times
over
for.
The
customer
service
was
also
off
the
scale.
I
mean
the
"positive"
scale,
to
the
point
of
being
in
the
store
for
over
3
hours,
and
let
me
tell
you,
it
was
the
best
experience
ever,
and
I
truly
enjoyed
spending
money
for
which
I
am
sure
you
do
not
hear
that
often
from
customers,
especially
these
days!
Despite
never
meeting
before,
They
were
both
so
friendly
and
approachable,
professional,
polite,
and
helpful,
but
most
importantly,
they
listened
to
what
I
was
saying
and
got
to
know
me
to
match
my
needs.
I
got
the
personal
service,
care
and
attention
blown
away,
and
I
could
see
why
they
do
their
jobs
so
well.
When
they
spoke,
it
was
so
factual
regarding
their
product
knowledge
that
I
felt
I
was
at
college
again
and
wanted
to
take
notes.
I
enjoyed
being
in
the
store,
and
it
was
an
experience
for
me,
an
experience
not
something
I
had
to
do
but
rather
when
and
if
I
wanted
to.
They
were
true
to
the
brand,
company,
and
to
me,
the
customer
and
that
cost
has
no
number/value.
I
can
assure
you
of
that.
I
started
to
feel
at
home
and
began
to
feel
like
a
little
boy
in
the
toyshop.
The
service
was
incredible,
and
then
I
realised
I
should
leave
the
shop
before
I
started
finding
a
corner
to
work,
having
been
so
welcomed
that
much
as
it
was
now
4
pm.
So
professional,
customer
service
driven,
knowledgeable,
polite
and
undoubtedly
exceeded
themselves
in
their
jobs.
I
was
utterly
blown
away
by
not
only
being
treated
as
an
individual
but
someone
who
they
could
relate
to
and
understood
my
needs,
concerns,
upsets
and
issues,
WHICH
I
CANNOT
AND
HAVE
NOT
Found
anywhere
out
there
these
days.
Honestly,
I
cannot
praise
this
store
and
the
wonderful
brand
of
HIMOLLA
And
if
only
I
had
remembered
to
come
their
first
rather
than
to
the
superstore,
well,
we
all
learn.
A
big
WELL
DONE
to
you,
your
company
and
your
brand!
