Took painfully slow laptop and transformed it. Now super fast and transferred all my data to new Microsoft versions. Very reasonable price agreed upfront. Had small issue subsequently (unrelated), which Steve kindly fixed remotely for no charge. Proper old fashioned service. Perfect

Really pleased with the Job Steve did for us. I thought we had lost our whole Hard Drive of family and holiday photos (including a precious video of my new-born son a few seconds old) however Steve was able to retrieve them all for us from our non functioning MAC. Eternally grateful for his work.

My printer wouldn't print despite all the wifi links being ok. For weeks I tried to solve the problem. I also asked more techie friends to help but without success. Yesterday I phoned Steve at Bluefish to ask him to come out to fix the problem. Before coming out Steve just suggested switching off and unplugging all computers and printers and switching off and unplugging the wifi.
