Be cautious when buying from Paul Littlejohns! While presenting a low-mileage second-hand car, he failed to disclose several aesthetic problems. Additionally, the information he provided about the financing options turned out to be inaccurate. My recommendation is to double-check any financial details before entering into any agreement with this vendor.

I'd had an unfortunate encounter with a pot hole and was worried about the state of my wheel The repairs department fitted me in at short notice and did a thorough check, thankfully there was no damage. Robin on the repairs reception was efficient and polite and I received a comprehensive video of the mechanic checking the underneath of my car as well as the wheel. Excellent service.

Very happy with the service i received from Waterlooville Toyota, they kept me informed on how my 1st service was going by a video link, my car was ready to collect within two hours, fully washed and cleaned, my service papers were all explained to me on collection. I received a call 3 days later to check i was happy and all was well with my car. I did ask if the oil and air filter had been replaced and also if the pollen filter had been replaced as it was not noted on my paper work. The service technician advised that it had and also thanked me for that feedback and going forward he will make sure it is noted on all service paperwork for all other customers and assured me it will be noted on my next years service.

Matthew kept me up to date on the due date of the car to arrive in the UK and when it would be available to collect. All the staff at the branch were very friendly and welcoming. The Handover was smooth and informative.
