Absolutely loved it here. Spencer was really welcoming upon arrival. The pods are spaced out really nicely, great communal areas. Having your own wet room that you can leave all your toiletries in safely was perfect. Pods were super warm and really comfortable. Great location to explore North Cornwall and the beaches. I went with my husband and two kids. My son wasn’t sure what to make of it from looking on line, but was blown away as soon as we got there and LOVED it as much as we all did. We can’t wait to come back…..I loved being outdoors and simple living! Kids loved feeding the animals, all the space and ping pong. The fire pit was a massive hit! Thank you!!……….

This place is amazing can't recommend it enough. India and Spencer were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Such a great place for families. Very well thought out. We had a really great time and loved feeding the animals and seeing the veg in the polytunnel. As well as having campfires and playing in the stream. We will definitely be back and wish India and Spencer all the best with their community projects.

Amazing place to stay, and a lovely site for children to be free. Upon first arriving the site is nice and open and not overlooked by others, parking area is hidden out the way, but close enough to bring you items. Everything created to make this location a home from home is great , with play area marked out for children to play ball, an area with slides and sand pit and our most favourite- The barn with table tennis, where people can also sit to eat in one of the dry areas - just lovely. The 2 kitchen facilities are clean with more than expected : kettle ,fridges, toaster and microwave and also the opportunity to charge electronics if required. The private bathroom is a great idea, being able to place your items in one place and have locked access when required. It was plenty big enough and the shower was lovely and warm. Our son loved being able to feed the animals definitely a little thumbs up ,thank you ! The Pods are a good design with storage spots and kept us toasty warm. The site has been created with kindness to the environment and well designed , can’t wait to come back next year , hopefully to see some stars and make use of the fire pit. ( we had wet weather but was still amazing). Thank you for such a lovely stay, and can’t wait to return next year.

Absolutely magical long weekend at Higher Culloden Farm. The setting is idyllic: immerse in beautiful countryside, yet only a short walk from the high street, with a great fish and chips shops (ideal for first night's takeaway). The pods are really comfortable and surprisingly warm. Having your own toilet/shower and use of a kitchen makes a massive difference. Spencer and India are great host. The morning animal feed was lovely – it was a joy to see all the children joining in. Thank you so much!

We've had numerous camping and glamping experiences, and we can say with confidence that this was the one place that checked all the boxes. India and Spencer were incredibly helpful from the beginning to the end, catering to all our needs. The location is fantastic, conveniently situated near all the attractions. The presence of a fire pit was a significant bonus, and the animal feeding activities were especially enjoyable for the little ones. Organic vegetables grown on the farm was another added bonus. Without a doubt, we will be returning.

We had a lovely short stay at Higher Culloden and Spencer was a fabulous host talking us through the farm and making us feel welcome. Nearby walks and villages are beautiful and the site was clean, quiet and comfortable for our stay. Would love to return!

Most amazing holiday I had with my daughter. We were welcomed and looked after all true our holiday. Amazing people with great souls. There is so much to do for children on the farm and also the location is great if you wish to explore more of nature and the countryside. This is most definitely a place where I will return because there is still a lot to see.

We had a great stay at Higher Culloden Farm. You can tell Spencer, India and Elvis have put a lot of effort into making it a special place for guests to stay. I would like to return and highly recommend to others. It has a calm and laid-back vibe and all the simple necessities. If you're looking for good value glamping pods in a peaceful site surrounded by nature (but near to Camelford) with well thought-out facilities, then look no further....for us the animal feeding tour was an unexpected extra that was a very nice touch - educational and fun for the kids! Spencer went out of his way to interact with guests and make them feel welcome whilst sharing his passion for managing the farm/estate in an enviromentally-friendly way.
