Blown away by their exceptional service. Spoke broke on my wheel whilst up in Aberystwyth on a cycling weekend. The owner lent me a wheel from his own bike so I could continue cycling as he didn’t have the part in stock!

Sometimes you meet people who restore your faith in human nature. Jodie and Alex at Cycle Works in Aberaeron are two such people. I won't go into details, but their very kind gesture meant that a young woman, thousands of miles away from home, recently had a lovely Christmas. They needn't have done what they did, but they simply chose to help. Thanks both, we really do appreciate what you did........and if I ever get back on a bike, unlikely as that is, I know exactly where to come for great service!

Broke a cleat in Anglesey, and stopped at every bike shop along the Welsh coast to replace them, and this was the first shop to stock what I needed. Really well stocked shop, friendly knowledgable service and some beautiful bikes in there too. I would definitely recommend this bike shop to any other cyclists. Thanks again.

Lovely bike shop in Aberaeron, great service, very friendly and knowledgeable. I had forgotten my Di2 charger and they very kindly charged me up at no cost, so I could continue my exploration of this area. Will definitely visit again when I'm down this way and need to buy something!
