I was looking for a harris tweed footstool to match my Granby sofas and came across Hafren online. Ordered the beanbag footstool I wanted, then received a call to say the item was being sent out special delivery and would be with me the next day. Wonderful customer service, fantastic delivery and packaging and footstool perfect 👌. I intend to use this store in the future and would highly recommend to anyone. First class in every aspect.

Purchased 2 large full leather Tetrad sofas that were delivered just after Christmas. The sofas are lovely, when we ordered we were assured that we could have four matching full leather cushions.. Hafren succeeded in making our wish come true and we received 4 lovely matching leather cushions. Simply a PERFECT end to a wonderful experience with Hafren. We've bought a lot of furniture from here over the years and the service has always been good. But on our recent visit the showroom was really feeling dated and disorganised. They really need a big refurbishment to stay relevant, especially since their prices are not that competitive now. Also get rid of some of the old stock to make room for some modern furniture.

After visiting many, many furniture stores and being disappointed with the available choice, we by chance, stumbled across Hafren online and decided to call the company to enquire about an item of furniture. From our initial query call to the final delivery of our items, I can only say we were blown away by their professionalism, courtesy, customer service and price! We absolutely recommend this company and the free delivery was something we should all expect when spending significant £’s. The delivery drivers Dale and Mark deserve a mention too, a credit to Hafren, such professionalism!

First of all it's a lovely shop which sells all sorts/kinds of further with a great selection and even a nice tasty cafe in there, we have reserved a beautiful 3 piece suite which we are really looking forward to getting, great service and quality of items. Will recommend to others.

Used Hafren Furnishers on numerous occasions and went back last week, service was well up to the usual excellent standard, the staff are very helpful without being pushy, we were left to browse as long as we liked and as soon as help was needed it was available immediately. Stopped for coffee and cake while deciding what we wanted. The furniture we purchased was delivered a few days later by friendly staff who carefully placed the furniture where we wanted it, a good all round service.

The whole process of buying our new furniture has been seamless. The sales staff have been lovely and took pictures of furniture to check the woods matched. The delivery was in good time and I was informed of a 2 hour time slot which they kept to. All delivered with care and very friendly. Overall a great service.

Always excellent service and they offer some great products at good prices. Delivery guys are friendly, helpful and polite. We try to use this company as much as possible, supporting local businesses!
