    After seeing a picture of myself looking like a marshmallow, I jumped on the scales. I was the heaviest I have ever been. At that point I decided now was the time I needed to change my lifestyle and attitude. I needed help! After a consultation with Russell discussing my goals, he invited me for a trial session to see if I liked it. I had never lifted weights, nor had I even been in a similar environment and therefore I was very anxious. That first phone call and first session along with Russell’s nutrition seminar, was the best decision I made for myself! I immediately signed up for the challenge. Russell put me at ease, and has guided and supported me. His nutrition seminar was very informative and has been very easy to follow- and it’s with real food! Training 3 times a week has been fun, with Russell advising me every step of the way, and I look forward to the sessions. Within 6 weeks I have lost 21lbs, dropped a dress size, have become more toned and I am eating proper food. I have become happier with myself! I would never have done, or have received, the same support and results in a gym, as I have done with Russell’s in-depth knowledge, advice and support!

    Well what can I say! Russ and the team at MiBootcamp are fantastic. The paid ad for the 6 week challenge came up on my Instagram after being on holiday in Portugal and seeing how overweight I was - it was trying to tell me something- it was time for action - not just talking! My mental health was quite low and I had low self esteem - I put on 2 stone when I had my daughter and had never managed to shift it - I wanted to do something for me! I started the 6 week challenge and the nutrition seminar and I was set to go. Over 6 weeks my mental and physical health have flourished! I have gone from sitting in the car for ten minutes before a session to just going in and getting on with it! My first session I was almost in tears I was so nervous! However I pushed on and now do 2 sessions a week at least. I can honestly say I have never met such a friendly bunch of members either - everyone just wants to help each other! In the 🌎 we live in it’s so lovely to see and feel part of something! I have now lost 15lb with the support of Russ and the team - I can’t wait to see what’s next!! If you’re in two minds give it a go - You will not regret it! ❤️

    I decided to sign up for a 6 week challenge after seeing the ad pop up on my Facebook page. As the ad came up asking for ladies in the Chelmsford area, I had assumed (incorrectly) that the sessions would be ladies only, but there is a good mix of both males and females, of all shapes, ages and fitness levels. The members are a great bunch, they are friendly and welcoming and support each other in the sessions. And although training has a serious side, there is always time to have some fun at the 6:30am early session. I have paid for many gym memberships over the years and have always procrastinated and taking care of myself has always been at the bottom of the list of things to do. As Mibootcamp is local to me, I couldn't make too many excuses of why I couldn't go! I'm glad I took the first step. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting back into regular training over the past 10 weeks and will be grabbing a monthly subscription when my current 6 week challenge (number 2) is completed. Russell and all of the team are super supportive and encouraging, always there to advise on the best way of meting your goals, whether in weight loss, muscle gain or just general fitness. Russell is also very keep on receiving feedback, to know how members are feeling and whether there is more that he can do as a trainer and business owner. I definitely recommend Mibootcamp, so if you are thinking about joining, DO IT! Come along, it'd be great to meet you.

    I have been with MiBootcamp for 3 weeks now and feel amazing. Russell has taught me so much about food and nutrition, I no longer restrict myself and I don’t feel hungry but am still loosing weight. I’m loving the strength training and can already see such a difference in my body. The coaches are all so lovely and supportive. I am loving all the classes everyone here is so friendly, you feel part of a family 😊

    Such a friendly encouraging team to join. The coaches are personable and really help to get you motivated. There is a good variety to the sessions, everyone works together and helps to encourage you along the way! Like most people, life is very busy. I wasn’t convinced that I’d find the time to go BUT without fail I have attended 3/4 sessions each week. Not only do I feel stronger and healthier physically, it’s also had a huge positive impact on my mental health. Im looking forward to seeing what next month has to offer!

    I joined MiBootcamp on the 6 week challenge in June after getting bored & stuck in a routine at a regular gym plus I wanted to give my body a change in exercises. I was warmly welcomed by Russell & the team. The nutrition knowledge I have learned since joining has really helped me with my fitness progress & I have seen results. The classes are varied, fun & the instructors keep it interesting. I am continuing my membership now as I definitely don’t want to go back to a traditional gym now I have found MiBootcamp. Everyone is super friendly & helpful. Russell & the other instructors have a wealth of knowledge. Thank you!

    I originally joined MiBootcamp on the 6 week challenge. Having not done any form of exercise for years I was apprehensive but I can honestly say I have loved every session. The PT's are so helpful and always on hand, the members supportive and friendly and the classes are varied meaning I never get bored of a workout. I've seen a big difference to my mood, eating habits, strength and body shape since joining. I've now been coming for 6 months and I can't ever see myself leaving!

    A wonderful friendly atmosphere, where everyone wants to help you succeed, plenty of encouragement from everyone. The trainers are experienced, know what they are talking about and help you get your best from each and every training session. Returning after a long time away from exercise and after undergoing chemotherapy I was petrified of returning to exercise, but I was given lots of wonderful advise, encouragement it left me feeling amazing, even after I had to have some time off, the trainers continued to check in with me to help me keep going.
