I
decided
to
sign
up
for
a
6
week
challenge
after
seeing
the
ad
pop
up
on
my
Facebook
page.
As
the
ad
came
up
asking
for
ladies
in
the
Chelmsford
area,
I
had
assumed
(incorrectly)
that
the
sessions
would
be
ladies
only,
but
there
is
a
good
mix
of
both
males
and
females,
of
all
shapes,
ages
and
fitness
levels.
The
members
are
a
great
bunch,
they
are
friendly
and
welcoming
and
support
each
other
in
the
sessions.
And
although
training
has
a
serious
side,
there
is
always
time
to
have
some
fun
at
the
6:30am
early
session.
I
have
paid
for
many
gym
memberships
over
the
years
and
have
always
procrastinated
and
taking
care
of
myself
has
always
been
at
the
bottom
of
the
list
of
things
to
do.
As
Mibootcamp
is
local
to
me,
I
couldn't
make
too
many
excuses
of
why
I
couldn't
go!
I'm
glad
I
took
the
first
step.
I
have
thoroughly
enjoyed
getting
back
into
regular
training
over
the
past
10
weeks
and
will
be
grabbing
a
monthly
subscription
when
my
current
6
week
challenge
(number
2)
is
completed.
Russell
and
all
of
the
team
are
super
supportive
and
encouraging,
always
there
to
advise
on
the
best
way
of
meting
your
goals,
whether
in
weight
loss,
muscle
gain
or
just
general
fitness.
Russell
is
also
very
keep
on
receiving
feedback,
to
know
how
members
are
feeling
and
whether
there
is
more
that
he
can
do
as
a
trainer
and
business
owner.
I
definitely
recommend
Mibootcamp,
so
if
you
are
thinking
about
joining,
DO
IT!
