I had a fabulous experience at the Simpson's Apartments. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are spotlessly clean. Better than actual hotels that I have been to. I felt at home and didn't want to leave. It's an experience I will talk about for a long time. Thank you Jim and Iryna.

Matilda's Wee Hutte is marvellous self catering accommodation. Furnished and equipped to a high standard it has everything you need for a short stay, or indeed, a slightly longer stay...we have been here for 12 nights and found it very comfortable. The bathroom and shower are brilliant. It is serviced daily with very polite and pleasant staff who are very helpful and accommodating. Thoroughly recommended!

We were a party of 5 who stayed at the Orchard House Apartments which were beautifully presented, amazing clean and very well equipped. One of our party had a knee injury and when I asked Jim if there was any vacancies on the ground floor he was so obliging and put them in Matildas Wee Hutte which was fantastic. We would definitely recommend the apartments and we will definitely stay again.

Fantastic 3 bed flat well looked after, fairly clean only bit of mess was the shower in twin room had a spider, rest of the flat was clean, bins emptied daily...owners Jimmy and wife very welcoming, friendly.. Close enough to town centre to walk, little walk to corner shop behind the property, with a big green and a little park for the small children. Will definetly stay again,....

Stayed 2nd Aug - 4th Aug with my dad in their 1 Sherwood Lodge. Decoration was neutral but pleasant, rooms were clean, 2 bedrooms, both with on-suite bathrooms, showers not baths, Room 1 is very generous in size with double bed, the on-suite is also very generous, 2 nice chairs, round glass coffee table, a reasonable tv for the size of the room. Room 1 also serves as the direct access to the patio which again is very nice though shared with the upper floor apartment. Room 2 on the lower floor is a small room with a single bed, something shared with it's on-suite but with room 1 doubling as a decent living space this wasn't a problem for us, it also has a single chair and a TV. The kitchen shared between the 2 rooms has electric 4 ring cooker with a grill/oven, combination fridge freezer, toaster, double glazed stone sink with mixer tap and I think a microwave? kitchen has a reasonable supply of mugs, plates cutlery, pans and baking trays and the other basics needed to prepare and eat meals for the size of occupancy. Both our host and hostess were very pleasant people and I want to commend them for running such nice apartments. Lastly the drive can be difficult to locate first time as it is over the back of a bus lay-by with tall hedges either side of the entrance. Over all, if available if I have future business in the Daventry area they are the first place I will look up.
