What a fabulous shop! Everything you need for a bit of fun in the bedroom! The lingerie is great too, I struggle to find nice lingerie in Hull, I hate ordering off the internet so this was the perfect place to buy my valentines outfit! The staff were very friendly and instantly put me at ease! Thanks Pulse & Cocktails, I’ll definitely be calling in again!

Massive place to explore and find exactly what you need. The worker in there was soo lovely and helpful. Wil be going again but only to this store. Its a bit of a drive for us but the women who runs it makes it worth it.

First time in this sort of shop! Went in very apprehensive was welcomed by the staff & just left to browse...my partner asked to be pointed in the right direction for something. My partner and I visited the Hull branch yesterday for the first time and were blown away by the selection of products, the staff and the great atmosphere. The lady working there was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We felt welcome from the minute we walked through the door and did not feel awkward while browsing the extensive collection of items for sale. We were not looking for anything in particular, just to expand our collection of toys, and came away with more than we anticipated as there was a 4 for 3 deal on so we got 8 items and got over £50 worth of stuff for free! The store has a fantastic range of products to suit every need and fantasy, and the prices are very reasonable too. We will definitely be back!

The first time i have been to the shop, i was greeted by wendy, who had Absolutely amazing customer service skills. Was able to help me find different items that I had seen on the website. Also helped me with sizing and different items. Will defo be back x

Went in for a leg Harness got exactly what I wanted and some, they ladies who work there are so friendly and helpful. I didn't know there was an offer on everything instore so I even ended up saving money as I would get an extra item for free. 100/10 service, really eased my anxiety.
