I came across Beauty Full Time whilst looking for a gift for my wife, I messaged them with a question and received a response within minutes, I ordered online at 1.30pm on Tuesday and received my order by Wednesday, bearing in mind I stay 500 miles away from the shop I thought this was exceptional. They could not have been more helpful and i can honestly say it is probably the best customer service I have received, I’d also like to add the item I purchased was cheaper from them than the larger stores and was also safely and securely packaged. I can’t recommend highly enough

Ordered a product & had some confusion (on my part) with Royal Mail in regards to delivery. Megan was quick to respond to my query & explained everything clearly for me. Order was delivered on time as requested & signed for. Great service & company.

Product not delivered by royal mail. To date have refused replacement or refund. As buyer I can't take any action on royal mail. I have no product and am out of product. My advice, don't use.

Megan and her team are fab at BFT! They are knowledgable and have a range of products that are suitable for all price ranges. I quite often go in needing something and am always recommended a fab product that is suitable and usually leave with a handful of other goodies I couldn’t resist! I am also a huge Decleor fan so it was great to find Megan stocks a huge range. The BFT social media is also great for tips and regimes as well as following for latest products that are in stock! So pleased I can now get all beauty and skincare products from one place!

Honestly such an amazing beauty and cosmetics shop! The product range is absolutely fab lots of discount high end and affordable products too! The perfume range is phenomenal I was blown away with the selection so many high end perfumes I hadn’t seen anywhere else! The owner has 5* customer service such amazing product knowledge and passion for her business! I felt so welcomed in store and it was such a great atmosphere☺️ I couldn’t recommend a visit here enough I’m not from Marlborough but cant wait to visit just to go to this fabulous store again! Thanks again for such an amazing shopping experience absolutely loved it💖☺️

This is one of my favourite shops in Marlborough, it’s such a hidden gem and so worth a visit. The range of products caters for my 6 year old daughter after cute bows for her hair. Quirky lip balms, bath bombs and face masks for my 11 year old. On trend, reasonably priced make up for my 14 year old to experiment with and high end skincare and make products that I love to use (also at amazing prices) or buy as gifts to treat my friends. I also get lots of great tips and information on new products in store from the Instagram and Facebook pages.

Big thanks to Megan for her excellent service during lockdown. Great products too. I have struggled with blushers and found a perfect shade and a gorgeous brush. Without breaking the bank. Happy shopping!
