Bought a sirloin steak today. Dusted it with sea salt and black pepper. Seared both sides added butter and garlic to pan basted till just on the rare side of medium rare. Absolutely beautiful Well worth the money you can't go wrong with good products and with meat like that no need for these fancy rubs.

This family butchers is my local and must say it's the best in Durham. Excellent produce from local farms. The attached cafe is a must. I know of people coming from out of area for the pies. 5 stars from me!
