We found this place on our recent travels in Scotland. It's practically in the middle of nowhere but well worth a visit. A very large collection of anything leather including belts, jackets, gloves, boots wallets etc. The collection of sheepskin, reindeer skin and cow skins are great. The prices certainly seemed nominal. Recommend a quick visit, if you are in this part of the country.

I visited this shop for the first time today. It's an absolute treasure trove for lovers of sheepskin and leather. I bought two gorgeous sheepskin rugs to use for my dog's bed. The range is wonderful and the prices are low for the quality of goods. I also bought the most beautiful, and stylish leather coat, again for a very reasonable price. I will most definitely be back. I have my eye on several more bargain buys. This shop is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous little store, I bought 2 spectacular Jacob sheepskin rugs, the knowledge and advise given was brilliant, along with being great value. Also the patience with my daughter choosing a 'grown up purse' was lovely. Would happily recommend and return when in the area.

A great ride to a lovely shop full of treasures and lovely people managing it. From comfy slippers to beautifully knitted items, colourful or plain sheep skins, to leather goods.. well worth many visits.

Have visited this hidden gem of a shop selling an abundance of leather and sheepskin goods over the years and again today on a visit with holidaying family didn’t disappoint. Fantastic selection of coats and jackets all priced at very reasonable prices. The only drawback is the lack of signage to the Tannery from surrounding villages.

Excellent place to stop and shop ,not your typical high street shop as many items on sale here are locally hand made from localy sourced produce, authentic and very well priced considering the excellent quality . Loads of lovely warm garments from hats and gloves to sheepskins and accessories .
