Honestly faultless bike shop. Phoned up as a spoke was loose on my wheel, they helped get my bike ride-able again and talked me through the options available and explained what was going on with my bike. Really perfect experience! Friendly knowledgeable guys who really seem to love bikes and be great to their customers!

Amazed by the superb delivery and service this shop provides! I’ve only used them online due to not being local, but imagine their in store service is just as impeccable. Managed to place an order and literally received it the next day, well packaged and exactly as described (felt even more fortunate as they were the last store in all of the UK to have the item I needed in stock!). Would certainly recommend them as an online store to anyone and will certainly be checking their site again before ordering online elsewhere.

Brilliant Shop! Easy to use website, ordered a set of carbon handlebars came in brilliant time packaged well. Brilliant customer service very responsive reply within the hour in most cases. Definitely recommend will be returning for more purchases in the future!
