I completed and passed my forklift course today . When I started my course and found out my instructor was a fellow veteran I knew that the course would be delivered in a good professional manner. The instructor was exceptional in his abilities to teach, lead and to inspire confidence in me to complete my course. The course was kept interesting, informative and the instructor asked plenty of questions throughout, to ensure I was understanding and retaining the information I needed to know. Been meaning to write a review for a while now, Was fortunate enough to get to work with Bon Accord Training just before Christmas 2022 to refresh my telehandler ticket. From the first phone call with the patient and helpful Louise to the very knowledgeable and also patient John the telehandler assessor, the whole experience was great. Now been back driving the forklift for a few months now on a challenging site but with the help and guidance from John I had, It's helped me to get to here . Wish them all the best. Colin .

As a complete novice I found this to be great training. All done with patient methodical learning. I'm very pleased with Ian our instructor who was excellent at teaching us. I highly recommend.
