Walked in for a coffee, left with a Gaggia Pro machine in custom white and 500g of exceptional coffee. Chris the owner spent over an hour with me educating me about coffee and how to actually get the best out of brewing at home thanks to a masterclass demo on various domestic machines including the Gaggia pro which I heard about previous to stepping in here. If you love coffee and you haven't been here, you're missing out.

Wonderful coffee and tea shop. Has recently exchanged hands to move into new management, but the new owners are just as lovely as the originals. Mail order from their online shop is quick and easy, with the same great quality as the brick and mortar shop - fantastic for lockdown.

I absolutely love this shop I buy all our coffee ground fresh and no matter what I choose it's exceptional. I also buy the coffee (as long as you know what contraption they use!) and herbal teas as gifts for friends and family.

Love this place! The owners are fantastic, really helped us with our purchase and recommending coffee and gadgets for us to pick up. I love shopping local and it’s because of places like theirs that I do! Must visit if in the area!

What a fantastic shop. We have been struggling to find decent coffee for our very old Gaggia, we have tried every brand from the supermarket and some popular micro-suppliers. We thought we might need a new machine, but the friendly staff at Rosie and Java didn't try to sell us a new machine but instead gave us lots of tips to get the most out of our machine. The coffee we bought was also excellent. When our machine does give up, we will be coming back here!

My Second visit to the shop and the member of staff was incredibly polite and helpful while assisting me to chose a coffee bean grinder. Once I had the grinder home I found it had no instructions with it(manufactures fault not shops) after a quick phone call to the shop I now know how to use my grinder. Excellent shop and excellent service.

The BEST coffee shop I have been to. Knowledgeable staff and they encourage you if you want to try new beans, or understand if you want to stick to the same. The coffee (and tea) equipment they have is also amazing. I can't praise them enough!
