As much as I wanted to like this shop, I had a very disappointing experience with them pertaining to a 15 pound box of produce. In the end, I was kindly told by one of the family members that own the shop that I would be refunded. But 2 days later Kelly messaged me saying to disregard what Mike promised me and instead they wouldn't refund me. It is not a good way of doing business and I will never do business with them in the future. I would recommend shopping at Brontasaurus instead. They are lovely and go above and beyond for their customers. Frosty's has a lot to learn.

Absolutely fantastic shop. Far better selection of organic veg than any local supermarket and the quality and taste of the produce is excellent. Add to that the freindly and welcoming owners and it becomes a joy going there. Plus they deliver if that is more convenient for you. I personally get a weekly delivery but still enjoy visiting the shop during the week to see what goodies are there:)

Gorgeous wee cafe, lovely intimate tables through the back. Limited menu, but jeez, its good! Plenty vegan lunch and cake options and milk alternatives. Sweet Potato Pasty was a highlight! Amaaaazing side salad too- it is well worth the upgrade! Very friendly custodians too. Couldnt wait, so pic is of half eaten lunch!

Frosty's is the best coffee shop! Their collaboration with Coaltown Roastery & Vegangela Cakes is perfect. Thus creating superb tasting coffee, hot chocolate, a wide variety of teas & other beverages & Vegangela's cakes, pies & pastys along with all the other amazing vegan/vegetarian, gluten & dairy free options with food are the best I've seen on offer anywhere. All always beautifully presented & very tasty too. The ambience at Frosty's is so relaxing & the staff, well what can I say...its a small family run business & what a beautiful family they are, they are so welcoming, nothing is too much & they have made us feel part of the Frosty's family with their wonderful nature & amazing, beautiful coffee shop. I've never been disappointed & I always leave with a smile on my face, love in my heart & looking forward to my next visit. You can also browse a small selection of locally crafted artwork, gifts, honey, jams & chutneys. If you are ever in the area, it's a must try. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me for everything about Frosty's. Can't beat a nice cuppa when the queue in the chemists is 6 miles long. Friendly welcome and a mean cup of coffee. Pop in if your in Ponty.

Plenty of choice. Enormous, really tasty produce. The spring onions I had this week were the size of leeks! Made a cawl with my purchases and it was stunning. Now a regular shopper and it's consistently brilliant.
